Emiri nodded, "Yeah.." She said. She crossed hers arms, looking at Sable. "You know, I would have never thought that you actually read books. Let alone, Romatic novels... You're always so busy flirty with every girl thats near you... and apparently picking on that kid... "
Sable pointed a finger at himself and once again in his casual tone said, "I only pick on Dexter when the brat deserves it." He smiled cooly, stuffing his hands in his pockets. Notice there was no comments about girls in there. "But I love to read, and romance is my favorite genre."
Emiri looked at Sable, "And what did he do to deserve being tied to the statue out front?" She asked. Emiri was flipping threw the book that she was holding, wondering if she should pick up that one or the one on the shelf. "And I guess it would make sense. You reading romance novels, and then using what you learned on girls. Seems like you're sorta ripping them off though."
Sable's eyes twitched nervously and he found himself backing up a . Crap. She'd cornered him. In all honesty, there was no point in trying to defend himself. True, he didn't TELL the seniors to tie Dexter to a statue but he did tell them to do something brutal to him. Guess that's what he gets for underestimating seniors..

As for the book lines... He shrugged, pretending like he didn't hear that first part. "I don't think of it as ripping them off. And it's not like a quote them or anything."
Emiri closed her book, "If you say so." She said. Emiri reached up, pulling the other book off the shelf. Might as well get both of them, there was no way Emiri could decide between them right now. She looked back at Sable, "And, Just so you know. He actually looks up to you, no matter how mean you are to him." Emiri turned, brushing past Sable to go check out the books.

Dexter, who was outside in the gardens, sneezed.
Sable stood there. Just... stood there. He could have said something. But he didn't. Instead, he just let Emiri pass him by. He really didn't know what to say. I mean, how DO you respond to that?

In his feeling was the distinct feeling of guilt. And the craving for cookies.

Claire walked out from the kitchen area of the cafeteria, her lunch in her arms. Glancing around, she made a slight whimper in her throat. She couldn't see Gwen anywhere. In only a matter of minutes, the cafeteria already managed to get pretty full.... Her next objective was to find an empty table and sit there- which luckily there were plenty of left...
After Emiri finished checking out the books, she walked out of the library, heading for her room to drop of her books. Then she was going to go to lunch. Which, now that i think about it, the lunch room is probably full of girls, wondering where in the world was Sable.

~*~

Uhm. Is it bad that I lost Gwen?
Sable leaned against a bookshelf and sighed a bit. He was thinking. NOT ABOUT COOKIES.

~

Claire sat down at an empty table and poked at her food a bit. She felt so awkward... Letting out a short sigh, she finally began to eat. There was a noise across the table.

Someone else had sat down.

She sat up quickly, staring at the boy now sitting across from her. He had jet black hair that stuck out a crazy angles under a lime green beanie cap. On his face were large, round glasses that glared so rightly, you couldn't see his eyes. However, this wasn't the first thing Claire noticed...

The boy had an eggplant on his tray. A raw eggplant. And that was all.
Emiri was now on a great voyage to the lunch room.

~*~

Dexter feels left out. So, He's coming back inside. *nods* That will be all.
The narrator was playing her the Indiana Jones theme. Because cookies.

Claire tried to focus on her food but... but...

The boy picked up his eggplant and began to nom on it. Violently. Little bits of the purple veggie were sent flying across the table and Claire found herself ducking to avoid them.

NOW she knew why no one sat here.
Gwen appeared out of almost no where. She sat down next to Claire, looking at the boy, "Uhm, Who's your friend Claire?" She asked.
Claire jumped when she heard Gwen. After taking a second to calm down and slow her heart rate, she stared at her friend and shrugged. Seriously. She didn't know.

The boy continued to munch on his eggplant as though he didn't even notice the girl's. Seriously. He didn't.
Gwen looked at the boy, "Hi, I'm Gwen. What's your name?" She said to him, smiling a bit.
The boy snapped up, a glare shooting across his glasses. Pushing them up a bit on his nose, he asked back in a voice that wasn't quite nasally but very close to that, "Why do you need to know? Are you by any chance, oh, I don't know.. hmm..." He jumped up, leaning across the table so that he was almost face-to-face with Gwen. "A SPY?!"

Claire fell out of her seat. Literally.
Gwen blinked, "Uhm, No, I'm not a spy." She said. Gwen wondered slightly about how Claire ended up sitting with this guy.
