Sable mumbled something back about him shutting up and letting him sleep.

~

"Uhhm..." Claire checked first the pocket on the side of her dress, then her front pockets. "I know I must have it... somewhere..." Checking her back pockets, she pulled out the card key. "Got it," she said, sliding it through the door.
Dexter sighed, then mummbled something BACK to Sable about being lazy.

~*~

Gwen smiled, "Yay!" She said. Gwen moved out of the way, so that Claire could get to the door.
Sable muttered nothing back. He was asleep.

~

Claire opened the door for her and stepped inside. First heading for her bed, she sat down and looked to Gwen. "So... what should we do now...?" They had some time to kill before lunch.. they could always go and find their classes before they'd REALLY have to start tomorrow...
"Hmm..." Gwen sat down on her bed, "Maybe we could.. ah..." She looked thoughtfull for a moment, "I don't know... " She said finnally, "You got any ideas?"

~*~

Dex sighed. He got up, stretching. He grabbed his cardkey, and left the room quietly. He walked threw the school, headed to the front to go outside.
Claire glanced at the room clock. "Well.. we've got about an hour and a half til lunch...." she said quietly. "We could go find our classes or uhm... we could.. explore a bit.. or... take... a nap...?" she offered, quite unhelpfully.

~

Sable snored somewhat mildly in his bed. In a sleepy daze, he had crawled under his covers, and was now laying quite still. He dreamed of scenes of fire- large, ferocious dragon and smoltering, tall volcanoes flashed back and forth. He saw cities being destroyed in fire and women being burned alive. Sable didn't often have nightmares, but when they did happen- they were often uncomfortable beyond belief. Outside his dream, the temperature of the room was steadily rising and he was beginning to sweat like crazy...
Dexter spent about 10 minutes outside, gathering a few flowers and leafs from outside and hidding them in his pockets. Dexter headed back into the school, taking a longer route to the room.

~*~

Gwen thought for a minute, "We COULD go find where our classes are.. unless... your still tired.."
The room was now sweltering- much like being inside an oven. Sable was lying in the center of his bed, literally sweating gold and scarlett feathers. Try as he might- he couldn't seem to wake up on his own...

~

Claire frowned. "I don't know..." She didn't particularily care... she would be perfectly content doing absolutely nothing as long as she wasn't in anyone's way....
Dex opened the door, getting a slightly surprising shock. A wave of heat hit him, like opening the oven after you've cooked something. Dexter looked around, expecting to see a fire somewhere.

Instead, he just saw Sable, laying in a pile of feathers. Dexter closed the door quickly, then went to the window, opening it to let out some of the heat. Remembering what happened last time Dexter had ''snuck up'' on Sable, he was slightly unwilling to wake up the older boy.

He sighed, standing over the edge of Sable's bed, "Hey... Sable! Wake up.." He said, shaking Sable's sholders. Dexter was already starting to sweat a bit as he stood close to Sable, who must have been the source of the heat. "What the hell are you, Sable.." Dex mummbled, still trying to wake him up, "Some kind of Parrot.."

~*~

Gwen floped backwards. Her hair faned out a bit under her. "Hmmmm, " She stared at the ceiling. "Maybe we could just hang out here...." Gwen looked over at Claire, "I don't think you've unpacked yet..." She looked back to the ceiling. "What time is lunch? I'm starving, but......" Gwen let her sentence drop off. She thought for a moment then made a ''hmm'' sound again.
Sable turned a bit in his bed. His brow furled. The dream was coming to a climax and exploded before him. In the real world, his eyes opened wide, now a red gold color and he sprang to a sitting position, still dripping with sweat. His expression was panicked.. for a moment.. Regaining his compsoure. he sighed and rested his head in his hands. What was WRONG with him lately? He didn't often have two visions in one day.. He shook his head a bit, completely unaware that Dexter was in the room.

~

Claire nodded a bit, not really to anything in specific before kneeling down and unpacking her suitcase. She began to load the folded clothes into her half of the drawers, reserving one for a small, wooden box. She then went to the closet to hang up the one or two outfits that she didn't want to fold.
Dexter stood next to Sables bed. He reached over, tapping Sables sholder, "What was that about?" He asked.

~*~

Gwen gave a small yawn, rolling over onto her side.
Sable flinched at the boy tapping at him. He whipped around to him, his eyes just now fading back to their regular gold. Relaxing a bit at seeing who it was, he ran a hand through his wet (with sweat) hair and glared a bit. "What was WHAT about?" he asked coldly- which, was sort of ironic.

~

Claire finished her packing and went to the mirror, adjusting her long hair ribbon, which happened to be a bright yellow today and tied at the brown center- much resembling a sunflower. On a more random note- the sunflower happened to be one of her favorite flowers. Did you know that their seeds are actually fruit?
Dexter stared at Sable, then reached down, picking up a feather, "Its burning up in here, like... 50 degrees hotter then it was when i left, And you bed is covered in feathers.." Dexter went back to his side of the room, Still holding the feather. "So, you asked me earlier what I was... So, I'm a bit currious, Am i sharing a room with some sorta parrot?" he asked, looking back at Sable.

~*~

Gwen smiled, "So, what should we do now?" She asked.
Sable looked momentarily confused. He glanced down at his bed and groaned. Climbing out of his bed, he muttered profanities as he knocked the feathers off his sheets into a pile on the floor. He decided he'd sweep them up later. Now finished with his obsessive tidying, he glared at Dexter. "A parrot?" he asked, with an obviously annoyed tone. "Yeah. Sure. I'm totally a parrot, Pixie boy. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to shower before dinner." And with that, he made his way to the bathroom.

~

Claire sat down next to Gwen and looked thoughtful. "Well.. uhm.." she asked softly, "What... do you like? I mean... activities and such..."
Dexters eye twitched, "I'MMNOTTA FREAKEN PIXIE!!" He said, twitching a bit again. He sat down on his bed. "Do what ever you want, Parrot..." Dexter glanced over as Sable walked to the bathroom.

~*~

Gwen thought for a moment, "Well, I like playing sports... Like... Vollyball, and Softball... and Dodgeball...." She said, sitting up. "What about you?"
"Ignoring that," Sable said neutrally before walking into the bathroom. He clicked the lock shut before removing his clothes. Stepping into the shower, he turned the gold-colored knobs to the perfect temperature and flipped up the tab to shower. Water streamed from the shower head, running lightly through his hair and dripping onto his lean yet muscular body. It traveled down his perfectly chiseled features, carefully drenching him before finally running off onto the shower floor and draining away. Sable let out a self-satisfied, charismatic smile.

The narrator left momentarily to get a tissue.. with which to wipe the blood up with.

~

Claire looked thoughtful. "I like.. math," she said simply.
