Dexy stood up for a moment, then sat back down after a few seconds. "uhm, Claire, do you know what class is next?"

Emiri stood up and stretched her arms over her head. Giving a small yawn, she headed for the door of the Gym, still listening in on others thoughts.

Claire looked thoughtful as she tried to remember her schedule*. "I think.. it was something like.. 'club activities' for an hour?" She shrugged her shoulders and smiled awkwardly, knowing how unhelpful that was.

Sable slowly dragged himself into the hall. He always felt a bit groggy after a boring class...

Dexter sighed, "Oh, that's a relief..." he said. Dexter then wondered if there were requierments of HAVING to be in a club, that would suck. Dexter ran his hand threw his hair, puffing his cheeks out.

Emiri yawned a bit loudly, ran her hand threw her hair, then headed tword her room. She still needed to boil her face to get the nasty, gross feeling of Sable off of her lips.

"Yeah.." Claire said in that way that meant she really didn't know what ELSE to say. Fidgetting uncomfortably she looked up and said in what was almost a whisper, "Uhm... so what do we do now?"

Sable stumbled into an almost empty ballroom. Chairs had been scattered about in an attempt at making some sort of circular shape. There was already about 2 people in the room before him, one of which stood up and rushed over to him, giving him an excited hug in greeting.

"SABLE~ How was your first day of school~?"

Sable struggled to get his face free from the death hug. "Just fine, Ms. Lionridge.. and yours?" It amazed Sable that EVERY time he ran into Lionridge she acted like they hadn't seen each other in years...

Lionridge sniffled a bit and whined loudly, "EXHAUSTING!! And Galafray had a stick up his butt ALL DAY!!" Sighing dramatically, she beamed at Sable. "But it's nice to take some time to unwind at the end of the day."

Sable made his best attempt to smile and then started to head for the chairs.. but once again, Lionridge caught him by the arm.

"Oh.. by the way.." she whispered into his ear, "I think I may have found something to help you with your problem.. but I need still to test it out first."

Sable nodded. "Right.. Thank you." And then he went to the circle to sit and wait for the rest of the members.

Dexter looked around, "Uhhmm..... I.. don't really know...." he said. "Maybe we could.. ah, find Gwen?" He said. Everytime he was around Claire, Gwen seemed to be around too... And Gwen seemed to make things a bit less akward.

Emiri ran her hand threw her dark hair as she approched her room, she pulled her card key out of her pocket and unlocked the door. Before opening the door, she leaned tword the door, liestening to see if her room mate was in there. Emiri could NEVER read in peace with HER in there.

The door to the ballroom opened again. A loud, very obnoxious sounding "HEEEELLLLLLLL-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!~" Echo'd into the room.

Claire nodded slightly, thinking in her mind the same thing Dexter was. Something hit her suddenly. "Do you... do you know where she.. might BE?" she asked.

"Looking for someone..?" asked a grave voice behind Emiri.

Sable shivered, and his eyes widened. As he turned around slowly to face the person who walked through the door, his exact words were, "Oh... HELL NO."

The boy smiled, "Oh hai~!! I didn't know that YOU were in student council!!" He said, walking over and slinging his arm around Sable's sholders. He smiled a very wide smile.

Emiri jumped, spinning around. She narrowed her eyes, "No. I was just... uh.. making sure that.. you weren't in there asleep, or something." Emiri quickly turned around and opened the door, walking into the room. This was just GREAT.

Dexter thought back, "Uhm.. she talked about having history class earlier... but, uhm.. she's probably already left the class room by now.. so, uh, maybe she's uhm... in your room?"

Gwen was infact in the room, throwing the history book onto the floor by her bed.

Words could not describe the amount of hatred on Sable's face. His ONE safe haven from Dorkster and Queen Biatch and he has to share it with HIM?! "I'm the Vice President.." Sable said coldly.

Lionridge looked from the boy to Sable to back to the boy.. taking a moment to register, and then beamed. "OOOH~ Sable~ Who's your adorable little friend??"

Sable's eye twitched. If there was ONE THING he knew.. it's the he and THAT were NOT friends.

"Sleep is for the weak minded," the girl stated as she walked in after Emiri, headed straight to her bed (the one by the window- since she had gotten there first-after which she promptly shut the blinds and informed Emiri not to touch them if she valued her life) and flopped down. Rolling over lazily, she picked up a small, black bag with the word "MORA" monogrammed on it in green lettering and pulled out an MP3 player. She then put the headphones in her ears and procceded to listen to it as LOUD AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE*.

That made sense. Claire stood up and mumbled, "Well.. uhm.. I can show you the way..." She blinked awkwardly as she realized what she said. "I mean!! That is if you actually want to uhm.. go... You don't.. yanno... have to," she corrected herself.

The boy looked at Lionridge, "OH!" He grabbed Lionridge's hand and shook it, "The names Nel, Neo Nel... But, just call me Neo... not Neo Nel, cause that's to long, you know, I don't like when people call you by your first and last name, you know?" He said, smiling widely again.

Emiri shivered, the music was so loud. She closed her eyes tightly, then turned away. She layed down on her book and tried to read.

"Uh, yeah... I don't really want to... be alone and stuff..." Dexter's thoughts when back to last night... He was NEVER walking in the hallway alone at night, ever.

Lionridge was first surprised by the boy's grip, but then smiled. "Oh absolutely, Neo~!" She giggled a bit, repeating the boy's name, "Neo.. How unique! I have a love for unique names... one of few things I unfortunately was not blessed with.." After a pause to strike a tragic pose, she returned to Neo. "So tell me- are you new to the student council?"

Sable crossed his fingers. Please say no.. please say no.. please BY THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD, PLEASE BE LOST!!

Mora tapped her foot and nodded her head to the music. She neither noticed nor cared that Emiri was trying to read.

"Oh.. right... of course.." Claire looked down at the ground, embarrassed. Dexter seemed like he would be pretty popular.. he probably wasn't used to not having at least one person near by. "Well.. uhm.. it's this way... when you're ready..." She pointed to the door.

Dexter nodded, and followed Claire.

Emiri twitched, flipping the page roughly. How was she supposed to pay attention to her book?!

Neo smiled at Lionridge, "Yeah.. I mean, I don't want to go out for any sports YET... I need to wait to see if its even worth the trouble, and then I though, Student Council, what THAT sounds fun... " Neo pulled Sable in one of those akward to the other person one arm hug around the shoulders, "And I didn't know Sable was going to be here!!~"

Mora picked at her nails while she mouthed out the words that were blasting in her ears. Giving a disdainful glance at Emiri, she thought, Tch.. what a loser..

Lionridge nodded then glanced at Sable. "Well don't be shy, Sable~! Give our new member a biiiig welcome!"

Sable, his shoulders being squished by Neo's somewhat muscular arms, dug his nails so deeply into his jeans that if he were wearing shorts, he would have broken the skin. "Welcome to our club, Neo.." Sable said, slowly and coldly, not even glancing at the older boy.

Neo smiled widely. "Thaaaaaannk yoooooooouuu!~" He said, hugging Sable tightly with both arms now.

Emiri twitched, pushing air out of her clenched teeth. That was it, Emiri was going to say something. Right now. She was going to say something about the way Mora was being really rude, and.. and.........

Emiri looked back down to her book and started reading again.

Sable grimaced and muttered something incredibly rude under his breath.

Lionridge looked around, suddenly noticing the small group of students that had gathered in the time since N's arrival. "Ah! I guess it's time to get this meeting started! First order of buisness, everyone give a warm hello to our newest member, Neo!"

There were a few murmors from some very tired students.

More rolled over so she couldn't see Emiri anymore. She then layed very.. very still. You'd almost think she was sleeping.. or dead. But as you know..
Sleep is for the weak-minded.

Claire walked silently through an almost empty hallway. Most people were either back at their rooms or in a club by now.. She hadn't spoken since they'd left the gym.. Not that she really had anything interesting to say.

Dexter shuffled his feet as they walked, keeping his eyes on the ground. "So... uhm..... " Dexter paused akwardly, "Uh... thank you.... you know.. for uh... helping me this morning..." Dexter glanced at Claire and quickly looked away, "And uhm... you know.. ah.. not... uh, not totally ignoring me.... Most people... uh.. don't want to be.. uhm.. around me...."

Neo smiled and waved a bit. He finnally let Sable out of the death grip hug.

Emiri shivered a bit. She would have asked for a new roommate, but something about Mora made her think she'd die if she went to the office to complain.

Gwen floped back on her bed, staring at the ceiling. She rubbed her tounge over her teeth, wondering absent mindly if she could find some poor sucker wandering around the hallway alone.... yum.
