Welcome to Gaia! ::

Minax sighed, shaking her head. "Let's get started then, I wanna take an afternoon nap after we are done," She said, already planning when her next nap. She pulled Kimchii out of the room and into the living room. "Good morning guys~" She said happily.

Niet stood up and looked over at Minax. "You sleep too much," He commented before looking at Grey, then Konai and Leight. "Let's go, we shouldn't waste time. Grey, put the place down."

Grey let the place divide in half before it fell, safely away from anybody though. "Alrighty, let's do this and get back home!" He called out in confidence, not aware of how hard it would get later on. He stomped his foot down and a piece of the earth came out, floating in mid-air. It was big enough to fit himself onto. "Mina, Konai, need a ride?" He asked, making two other ones similar to his float above the ground. "Almost like snow boarding, pretty fun," He said, leaning over and gaining speed, even doing a trick or two.

Leight made a small sphere with the light from the sun and made it transform into a small flying dragon before letting it go as it grew bigger. He climbed up onto it and looked over at Niet. "I can't use this when it gets dark," He informed.

Niet made a dark feather appear and blew on it, letting it fly before it shaped and transformed into a large black bird. He jumped onto the back of the bird as it flapped its wings and flew up just a bit away. He made a cloak and pulled a hood over his head, the shadows from it covering him from the sun's powerful rays.
"Very well then." Kimchii said, walking to Saffie and lifting her from the ground. "Okay then, come on." She said before waving to the other team and walking off towards their half completed treehouse.

Gururu forced herself to her feet and walked beside Kimchii, glancing at the team that they were temporarily departing from. "Sayonara!" She called out, waving her hand as Kimchii had.

Mina smiled. "I have other ways of transportation." She told Grey, pulling a feather from one of her ponytail holders and tossing it into the air. Within moments, sparkling, bright light was spiraling around it as it formed the wings of a pearly white furred creature. It was furry, its body was shaped like a dragon and it surely fit a female's taste. Pastel blue fur ran from its head down the center of its back to the tip of its tail, where it formed a pointed fluff. Mina climbed onto its back and smiled as it hovered in the air.

Black fire formed unde Konai, forming a bulky black furred demon fox. But how was this any use to him when he was supposed to travel by air? Fire sprouted from either sides of the creature, creating flaming wings. The same black flame sizzled at the heels of the fox's feet. Konai held on tight as the creature jumped, flapping its dark, flaming wings.
Grey took the map that Niet had thrown up for him to catch. He opened the map and turned it over from side to side before pinpointing the direction. "Here we go," He said, shaping the piece of earth underneath him to form a ski. He leaned down for speed and went ahead, the water behind him splashing due to the wind caused from him. "Come on guys!" He called. It was almost like he was skiing on air, and it was fun too.

The large blackbird flapped its wings again before taking after Grey, with the others just in front of Niet. His large cloak flapped behind him as he looked back, one hand on the hood to prevent it from falling, and watched as the island became smaller and smaller. "We'll take a break if any of you gets tired," He called out above the cool breeze.

Leight sat down on his pure dragon, his light colored hair covering his eyes from the speed. He put his legs on either side of the dragon and leaned against the head, looking down at the water and putting one hand onto the side. He touched the water's surface with a small giggle. Touching the water at such speed they were travelling felt weird against his arm. He pulled his arm back up and pushed his hair away from his eyes.
About thirty minutes into their journey, a huge scaley beast emerged from the sea. Its claws were sharp, as well as its visible teeth, and its eyes were a bloody red. The monster let out a blood curtling sound and swung at the group.

Mina pulled the reins to her creature, causing it to back up a good ten yards or so. "Oh dear God!" She gasped, immediatly setting up her barrier. Mina clasped her hands over her ears, almost losing control of the reins when the beast let out its roar.

Konai gasped and slowed his fox down. His fox let out a growl of its own, obviously not fond of the monster before it. He backed up towards Mina, attempting to get into their battle formation and narrowed his eyes at the blood thirsty beast.
Grey barely missed the swipe which would have taken a huge told on his body if he didn't move to the right in time. He quickly turned around and went back their group's side, skidding to a stop and turning around. "What'cha think about this one Niet?" He asked, getting pumped up.

Niet's blackbird slowed down to a slow paced glide. He narrowed his eyes at the creature. Since it was scaled, it obviously meant it had good defense compared to his group's defense. "Aim for the eyes is what I'm thinking." He told Grey, holding his hand out and a dark black ball started forming. "Ready Grey?"

Grey smirked. "Ready as I'll ever be," He answered, and when Niet threw the ball out, Grey went after the ball on his ski before curving and going upwards.

Niet watched as Grey turned into a small dot in the atmosphere. He formed a bow and arrow and pulled back. His eyes on the enemies eye's, he let go of the string and the arrow shot forward, forming into a big dark black scaled beast, the opposite of the one that was their enemy.
The beast growled at its fellow monster, swiping at it with anger. Its sharp claws came down on its arm. It then turned its attention to the floating people around it, roaring once more before swinging its claws frantically.

Konai groaned, finding it difficult to control such an emense monster. He dodged its swipes in the knick of time, and after a few moments he noticed a slight change in the beast's movements. They were slower, not by much but it did leave a window for attacks. "It's like I'm trying to hack into his Majesty's safe." Konai complained, though he was still concentrating. "It's got some nasty tricks up its sleeves." He warned, just in time for the enemy to shoot towers of water from the sea, nearly capturing each in every one of them.

Mina skillfully dodged the dangerous towers of water, though it was only by a hair considering her furry dragon's tail almost got sucked into one. "Maybe it would be safer to take out the arms first. It might not neccessarily mean a quicker escape, but it could mean a safer one." She suggested, pulling out the handgun that she had swiped from Zaine. However, she had also tweaked it. She wasnt as skilled as Zaine, but Mina could hold her own when she had a gun in hand. She pulled the trigger, shooting shards of light at a known pressure point that she had sensed when the fighting began, taking out one of the joints in the beast's arm.
"Then I think Grey is taking out the other arm," Niet said, looking up to see Grey skillfully flying strait downwards. "About time Grey," He mumbled to himself just as their dark monster grabbed onto the beast, holding it still to prevent it to move.

Grey was flying strait downwards with his ski from the atmosphere, with the help of gravity he flew faster than anyone probably could imagine. He was gaining speed by the moment and when he was about to hit the enemy, he pushed off his ski and flew back just as the ski turned into a large earth spear and went strait through the monster's arm, slicing through a tendon in the arm. With his body still carrying the speed of over 100 miles per hour, he realized only too late that if he was to hit the water's surface with that speed, it will break his bones but a smack against the water ended the thought. He mentally groaned as he went below the water surface.

Niet made another summon and a dark nymph appeared, diving in the water after Grey. What was Grey thinking!? Did he forget to have his ski go after him? It seemed like Grey was too happy about his successful hit to be thinking about his own safety. He cursed at that. Now the creature have no arms to use, what was going to be his next move?
Mina gasped as Grey plumitted into the water. Such an impact could shatter even the strongest of bones, which boosted her conscern and sent her and her creature diving downwards to get a closer examination of Grey's condition. She skidded to a stop just above the water, not paying any mind to the battle at hand. The young girl hovered her hand over the water, detecting Grey's life force and forming a barrier around it to prevent water from seeping in and getting to his lungs. He was hurt, but not as drastically as she had imagined. Just as Mina was about to rise again, a tower of water bursted from the sea directly below her, shooting her up and consuming her in water, flooding her lungs with moisture and causing her to lose control of her creature. The creature consequently disappeared. The water fell, but Mina was still in mid-air, just now begining to plumit towards the water's surface. Apparently, the monster had a more teasing way out than that, however, as it opened its mouth and shot shards of ice out at Mina, piercing her numerous times.

Konai's eyes widened. The battles had just begun, and already he had failed. "Mina!" He called out as she fell towards the water's surface with great speed, shards sticking out from her skin. Not only that, but Grey was still below the water, considering Mina hadnt had time to perfect the barrier and pull him out.
Leight jumped off his own creature and his pure white feathered wings pulled out from his flesh, spreading out before flapping once as he shot down after Mina. He went below her and turned around, catching her with his body and arms wrapped around her as his back brushed against the water and he flew backwards before going up again. "Mina? Mina??" He asked, flying in mid-air now.

This was a bad start, the first monster and Mina was already hurt. The dark nymph came up above the water's surface with Grey and jumped up out of the water like a dolphin and leaving Grey in mid-air for Niet to catch. He went and caught Grey just as Grey was coughing out the water he had swallowed. "Ugh, the taste..." He heard him say before sighing in relief.

"Not to worry, just a few broken bones is fine, I controlled it at the very last minute," Grey said, looking over at Mina and Leight. Dang, Mina was hurt. That was a bad thing. He looked over to Niet. "Let's finish this," He said, having a nod from Niet as his ski came over to him. He jumped onto his ski and went strait for the monster, using his right arm to guide his balance because some of his bones from his left was broken.

Niet's nymph and the dark creature disappeared as he summoned a giant octopus, each arm on the octopus wrapping around the beast. He pulled out his bow and arrow, knocking one onto the string before pulling back and letting go. The arrow doubled and tripled, casting clones of itself as it aimed for the creatures bloody red eyes. "By 10 seconds, it'll die." He mumbled to himself, watching the arrows and Grey aiming strait for the heart with his increasing speed.
Mina hung there for a moment before slightly opening her eyes. She inhaled shallow breaths in order to keep the pain to a minimum, and also to prevent the wounds from growing. She gave a small smile before looking down at the shards that were sticking from her skin. "Close your eyes, Leight, you don't want to see this.." Mina said in her naturally soft voice as she gripped one of the shards and pulled it from her body. You could see her emblem at work as the flesh began to mend itself, pulling together as if somebody were stitching Mina up. It was an ugly sight, to say the least. After it had created a scar, a pale light twinkled over the scar and caused it to fade back into her usual skin. In other words, no more scar. Mina did this with all of her shards, keeping calm though the pain was still evident. She would ache for quite a while, and a stinging pain would be inevitable, but at least she was alive.

Konai sighed in relief when he saw Leight catch Mina, and again when he noticed her eyes open. He knew that even with Mina's natural healing ability that she had lost blood, and therefore, energy. More than likely, she would be weaker than usual, meaning that their group would have to be on constant guard to preserve the little energy that she did have. "Thank goodness." He mumbled to himself, watching Grey and Niet skillfully go to work. Konai locked on to the monster's brain waves and tapped into them, holding it still long enough for Grey and Niet to get the job done.
Leight had looked away during Mina's procedure of taking the shards out and healing herself. Carrying someone else using just his wings that was made for only his weight was harder than expected and he worked to keep himself still enough in mid-air for Mina to finish.

Grey built on the energy, gaining more speed as he dipped down, locking his eyes on the monster's chest for a perfect aim. While the arrows hit the monster's eyes to serve as a advantage if it were to still live, the tip of his ski sharpened and thinned before it became a round sharpened arrow that Grey was riding. To ensure success, a dark aura formed around the tip of the already sharpened arrow and Grey jumped up and did a backward flip, kicking the arrow into the enemy as it went and pierced right through the heart. The dark octopus shrunk and took form as a giant bird, diving down and letting him fall down on its back with a thump. "Is it dead?" He asked, looking over to Konai for an answer.
Mina sighed as she finished. "It's okay now." She told Leight, loosening his grip around her as she recreated her creature. Mina's furry dragon was less than a feet below her, so her fall didn't effect where her injuries had been. "Guess I should have watched what I was doing." She said, focusing her energy on keeping her creature flying and holding up her barrier.

Konai analyzed the creature's mental force, noticing that it had decreased to an almost nonexistant rate. A spike of force hit Konai, however, and he quickly realized the reason for this. "It's in self destruct!" He warned, pulling his fox higher into the air and back away from the beast. "It's going to blow itself up!"
Niet cursed and looked over at Mina and Leight. "Get back you two," He said, making a large black blanket and two giant birds. The two giant birds took an end and flew up, letting go as the black blanket covered the monster. He had hoped it would have lessen some of the blow, at least giving them a distance they could retrieve back to.

Grey cursed a million times before jumping off the bird, his ski coming right below his feet and he zoomed right back to Mina. "Put your barrier down, you have to save your strength," He told her, keeping an eye on the creature covered with the blanket. "Go up Leight, as high as you can," He urged Leight as Leight hesitated before obeying. "Come on Mina," He said, going higher a little before turning back to her.
Mina hesitated but obeyed, raising her creature higher into the air and backing up towards Grey. "Can't you stall it or something, Konai?" She questioned, letting her barrier down reluctantly. One of her arms was locked around her torso, feeling the stabbing pains even after her repair.

Konai frowned and shook his head. "It would be a death trap if I did try to tap in at a time like this. When it did explode, the brain waves would fry my own." He said, breaking his connection with the monster before it was too late. Before even a minute passed, signs came quick. First, the monsters eyes seemed to turn off, turning to a blind white ting. Second, its body started to limply lower into the water. Next, it let out a painful roar, causing both Mina and Konai to clamp their hands over their ears. And lastly, as Konai had predicted, it spontaneously combusted. A bloody sight, to say the least.
Niet sighed in relief when everybody was safe, not well, but safe. "Let's take a rest," He said, creating some sort of black castle in the air, behind the clouds. He was able to do this, but it would only last for about 30 minutes maximum unlike what Grey could do. His bird flew up before he jumped off it, landing on a dark carpet leading to the front gates.

Grey shot up and jumped off his ski, making a small string and attaching the ski to it. He ran up the giant black doors and opened it, walking inside. "Hello?" He shouted, letting his voice echo. "Niet, although I find this amazing, really, should you waste all that energy on this castle that we'll be resting in?" He asked, giving him an odd look.

Leight landed on the carpet slowly, his wings tucking back against his shirt. He looked over at the Konai and Mina. "Are you guys coming?" He asked, the wind up here making the feathers on his wing sway a little.
