Welcome to Gaia! ::

Mina smiled. "No thanks, I think I've got it from here." She examined Minax's abnormally adorable outfit, finding it suitable for a neko to wear. "It's cute. It suits you, but I guess that's because you are kind of like a fluffy kitten." She giggled, knowing she sounded silly.

"Right." Kimchii nodded before feeling the unexpected warmth on her cheeks when Niet spoke again. When she glanced back at Niet to see if she had heard him right, his naughty little smirk was the first thing she saw. "Um.." Was as that came out of her mouth before she tried to change the subject. "That is so not the point." She said, her fingers twiddling in her lap as she quickly stared down at them, an unexpected cloud of nervousness hanging over her.

"Hmm.." Gururu said, considering her options. "Surround yourself with light and Ill see if I can use its warmth to my benefit. I cant suck in light, but I can extract the warmth it brings until it dies out."
"A fluffy kitten?" Minax jumped up, her pom poms bouncing up. "We shall play dress up after we are done eating," Minax told Mina, nodding at her idea. "Yes, yes we shall. And when we do, we shall have fun. We shall dress the boys up in skirts." Minax giggled at the last idea as she imagined Zaine in a skirt. It was going to be fun.

Niet leaned over to Kimchii, letting his mouth slightly brush past her cheek and stopping close to her ear. "Getting nervous, Kimi?" He chuckled slightly before getting up and stretching his arms. "We better go help the others with the chores, after all, we can't just sit here and let them do everything. Some will sure complain."

"If you say so," Leight said, letting himself be surrounded by a bright, eye-hurting light. He barely concentrated, and since he had the power to do whatever he wanted with light, the brightness of the light didn't hurt his eyes at all.
Mina covered her mouth, not able to hold back the laughter when she pictured her older brother wearing a skirt. "I can see Zaine's face now, he would be so mad and embarrassed." She giggled, pushing her pink hair behind her ears. She was still wearing her nurse's uniform, pink and unbelievably short. Until now, she hadnt even thought about changing, but dress up did seem fun. "Sounds like a plan."

Kimchii's cheeks burned, her heart pounding uncontrollably at the touch of Niet's soft lips across her cheek. Why was he playing with her like this? So rude.. but at the same time, so irresistable. She decided to let his comment pass, quickly getting to her feet, maybe a little too fast it seemed, obvious she was dismissing what had just happened. "Right!" She said, racing out of the room and into the kitchen.

Gururu concentrated, much more than it seemed Leight was. She immediatly closed her eyes to sheild them from the blinding light as she made a heart symbol with her hands, pressing them against her chest. Taking an element from another element would be tough, but it was her only option. The mark in the middle of her chest glowed faintly as beads of warmth were extracted from the light, shooting through the shape of her hands and into her chest. As she did this, she stood on pointed toes until the procedure was done and the light that Leight was casting became dim. She approached him, the color back in her face, her body as warm as ever, and set her hand on his head, rubbing it as though he were her brother. "You're not soo bad.. Leight." She smiled. "It still sucks that you wont fight. With a power like yours, we could be unstoppable."
"It'll be awesome alright, and the boys can't back away," Minax nodded. "Gururu and Kimchii's powers will come in quite useful here too, as will mine, and Saffie. Ooh, a fluffy pink cloud skirt!" Minax nodded to herself, yet again, but this time at the picture of Leight wearing a fluffy cloud dress.

"Hm...I never saw her run this fast just to the kitchen," Niet rubbed his head before following to the kitchen, using a forth of the speed that Kimchii had used. Who knew girls can run so fast just to get out of some place? Really interesting how girls are...

"Funny how that worked." Leight made the dim light disappear with a flash. "I didn't know that light can relate to warmth, especially since my type of light isn't like the sun's rays. And as for fighting, why cause more violence than there already is?" He let his finger trace a figure in the air, and wherever his finger went, a bright line followed. "Violence only causes more hate, and hate only causes violent and unnecessary actions to be followed up." The figure turned out to be a feather made of light, which Leight took and threw it to the opposite wall like he was throwing daggers. "Where is Konai?"
"Im sure anything Saffie makes will look adorable on anyone!" Mina chimed, picturing the guys in puffy pink outfits. She giggled. "I can actually make outfits too.. but they are normally only white." She admitted, rubbing the back of her head. "If I try hard enough though, I can add color and stuff."

Kimchii found sticks lying around on the floor of their temporary home. "Enough chit-chat, get to work and spear those fish!" Kimchii said, clumsily piercing a random fish with one of the sticks she had found. The blush on her face was still there, though it was fading slowly.

Gururu listened to Leight, sighing when he was finished before forcing a slight smile. "Fire is actually just another kind of light. It's just a lot hotter than the others, and therefore its classified differently. But if you trace it back, it all comes from the sun, whether it works like it or not." She informed Leight before sitting on the ground. "I told Konai to rest, but he is probably toying with his powers or running around his room. I remember, he said something just like that when I was younger. He was trying to convince me not to join the guards, saying he'd miss me and that violence wasnt the answer. But he is different now.."
"Ohh...so you can make a white cape?? Can you make me one? Oh, or even a white hat, and a cloak to match with it...and then maybe even white bow," Minax started listing a bunch of things that are white, naming each and every one of it before noticing Kimchii was speaking. "Oh hi Kimchii!!" She ran over to her and looked at her. "Hey, are you sick?" She asked, mouth open wide, like she was deeply concerned.

Leight shrugged. "People change as life change," He said with a don't-be-surprised look. Maybe Gururu liked the way Konai was back then, but Leight never knew Konai that well so he didn't think he would change that much.
Kimchii shook her head at the sudden concern, moving her hands like windshield wipers in front of her face, putting on a giggle. "No, of course not! What would make you think I was sick?" She asked nonchalantly, putting on too much a charade.

Mina blinked. "Well, for one, your face is red." She informed Kimchii, walking over to her and slapping her hand across her forehead. "And two, you look like you are going to mess up and jab yourself with one of those sticks. And plus, your face is warm." She too now wore a devious smirk. "Oh, I see. Thinks got heated between you and Niet, eh?" Her hand dropped to her hip, her smirk never leaving her lips.

Gururu merely nodded. She glanced at the door to see Konai leaning against the doorway, twirling a leaf between his fingers. "I didnt know I was such an interesting topic, sister dearest." He said, never meeting Gururu's eyes, his expression never fluxing. In a blink of an eye, he was sitting cross-legged on Leight's bed, still twirling the lone leaf. "Hm.. Why so quiet all of a sudden, fat mouth?" He asked, his eyes narrowing as he shot a glare at his sister. "I guess you suddenly got boring, brother dear. Well, Ill leave you boys to play, Ive got some cooking to do." Gururu said, pretending to stretch before escaping the bedroom. Konai licked his fang in annoyance before looking over at Leight, his expression easing up, though he never spoke a word.
"Whaa?" Minax stared at Kimchii. "You mean...you...wha?" She studied Kimchii before shrugging. "I am confused, but nevermind that, lets play a game after we are done eating!" Minax announced, and demanded at the same time.

Niet came up behind Kimchii and his hand touched Kimchii's cheek first, before trailing down from their and down her neck, stopping at the place where the neck and the shoulder meets. "Why so red, darling?" He asked. He looked over at Mina and Minax before straitening up, putting his hands in his pockets now. "What game?"

Leight watched as the scene unfolded. Now, that was interesting. He looked over at Konai, glancing at the leaf. "What's with the leaf?" He asked, as a start of a conversation.
Kimchii's face boiled again, both in embarrassment and irritation. "It isnt like that!" She whined, putting on a slightly pouty face. A hand reached up and covered her face, trying to hide the embarrassment when Niet carressed her cheek, apparently making her blush on purpose. "You are so mean." She muttered to herself.

Mina rubbed the back of her head. "I doubt you would be interested, Niet. Me and Minax were planning on playing dress-up." A lightbulb went off and her smirk was back. "Oh but I'm sure you would like to see Kimi all dressed up and lovely, eh?" She suggested, which caused Kimchii to stare at her in disbelief.

Konai glanced down at the leaf. "It's something to occupy myself. As Gururu said, I dont like lying still for too long." His tongue slid over the sharp tooth once again. "But if you want it to mean something.. You have to find its meaning for yourself. Different people look at things in different ways. What I see wont be what you see. So, tell me, what do you see when you look at this leaf?" His eyes cut over to Leight, awaiting an answer. His head never moved and his fingers never stopped as his eyes traveled over to once again stare over at Leight.
Niet shrugged at the idea. "Well, there is still plenty to do, but if you want to play then go ahead and play. Is Leight and the other boys playing?" He replied back to Mina. Glancing at Kimchii, he told her, "Covering your face only makes the redness more noticable, you know darling?"

"I only see nothing but a leaf whom has either fell down or been picked off, which cut its life." Leight replied back to Konai. He stared strait back at Konai, not letting his gaze falter.
Mina smiled, dropping her devious expression. "We'll get everything done soon enough. But since it is late and we are unfortunately underground, it isnt a bad idea to raise a few spirits." She lifted a stick from the table and followed Kimchii's order. "This whole place is going to smell like fish." As Mina said this, she glanced at Minax, wondering if such a thing would bother her at all.

Kimchii huffed and dropped her hand. "Which is entirely your fault, love. If you keep acting this way, I just may have to punish you." She said, glaring over at Niet as she fought fire with fire. "Now get to work or I'll make sure you get the smallest fish."

Konai fell silent for a moment, his eyes never wandering. One corner of his mouth pulled up and he let out a short laugh. "Really, now? So in other words, it either resembles suicide or murder. You dont surprise me." His smirk fell and he released the leaf, which floated to the ground. "You seem like the pessimistic type, but I suppose that is what most people see in a time like this."
"All right! Fish!" Minax shouted, not at all bothered by the smell of fish. After all, she is a neko, and she loves fish. She grabbed a stick and poked it through the fish. "What are we going to do for tomorrow though? It's not like it is going to stop raining."

Niet glanced at Kimchii and smiled, raising his arms in a surrending pose. "Alright, if you say so, kimi," He went over to Mina. "Need help with anything? I see Gururu has gotten the fire started."

Grey finished with moving the shelter underground, finally, and looked over at them. "Well, it's pretty much about a mile down, enough? Or should I make it go more down?" He asked, his question directing to Kimchii.

Leight shrugged. "It isn't a surprise, really." He watched the leaf as it fell down and formed another feather from the light, swiftly throwing it at the leaf as if the feather was a dagger. He watched as the feather hit the leaf and went right through it. "Besides, I am more connected to nature now in this time, then the other."
Mina held back a gag, but her disgusted face didnt dissolve. "Still, that's pretty gross." She informed Minax, seeing that all of the fish had been speared. She turned her attention to Niet. "I think we are fine. Gururu is going to cook the fish. You could go find my brother and the boys if you want to help though."

Kimchii looked over her shoulder to Grey. "Oh no, Im sure we are fine. I wouldnt want you to go over your limits." She smiled and glanced at Gururu as she entered the kitchen. Walking to Grey, she cupped her hands near his ear. "And if you havent noticed, Gururu wouldnt have any of that either." She giggled, fingering the cloak that Gururu had draped on Grey's shoulders.

Gururu couldnt help but love the smell of fish. After all, she was a carnivorous being. "Leight is with Konai. I think they are having one of those in depth moments like you see on talk shows." She teased, grabbing a few fish by the stick that had pierced them and carrying them over to the fire. Molten rock formed a grill-like contraption that she set the fish on to cook, giving them the nice grilled appearance. Her grey tail swayed from under her cloak as the smell of raw fish sunk into her nasal passages. Like her brother, she licked her fang, but unlike Konai, it was out of hunger.

Konai laughed, causing his ear to twitch. He hadnt meant to laugh, but pretending to be so serious always seemed funny to him. He fell over on the bed, holding a hand to his mouth. "You are so silly!" he teased, his tail swaying to the sound of his own childish voice. "You are a child hippie, am I right?" He giggled, propping himself up on his elbows.
Minax sighed almost sympathetically. "I guess only I enjoy the smell of fish that much." She shook her head in dismay. "So sad. Yes, so very sad." Looking over at Gururu, she half skipped to Gururu. "Hey, Gururu, which fish am I getting?"

Grey looked at Kimchii with a 'huh, what are you talking about?' look, obviously clueless on what kimchii is talking about. "What do you mean? Oh yeah, and one more thing, while I am dozing off, some crazy things might happen to the shelter. Just a heads up." Grey didn't mention the, 'shelter falling apart and the weight of the sand/dirt above them might crush them light bugs' part.

Leight tilted his head. "Konai, you are not very good at keeping your emotions under control very much," He informed him. Leight was slightly amused at Konai, not because they were about the same age or whatnot, which he didn't even know Konai's age, but maybe because they can get along? Well, all he knew was that Konai seemed more easier to talk to than Zaine did...and that was the truth.
Gururu half-ignored Minax for a moment, taking another big whiff of the fishy aroma. "Hm? I guess one of them that isnt taken. Take your pick. Im saving the biggest fish for Niet, since he is oldest and Leight's fish is already claimed.." She informed Minax, poking at the scaley beings that were being cooked as she spoke.

"Nice to know." Kimchii groaned, fearing the worst. Then she leaned in again, cupping her hands once more. "Silly, you and Gururu kissed right? That day at that freaky castle? Havent you noticed how quiet it's been since then? It's like Gururu is totally different now that you have joined our little family."

Konai giggled, his ears wiggling at his excitement. Maybe it wasnt impossible for him to have a friend after all. "Im a demon, it's a given that I cant keep that stuff under control, silly." He told Leight, playing with his own ear to occupy himself. Soon, Konai was on his feet, standing on the bed and reaching a hand out to Leight. "Stand up, I want to see if I'm as little as Ru makes me out to be."
