The light purple haired princess rolled out of her bed, it was early in the morning and no one else, she suspected, would be awake at this hour. The sun wasn't up just yet, and it gave her enough time to make her escape. She tip-toed towards her dresser and pulled out a satchel full of commoner clothes. She stripped off her satin night gown and she tied her purple hair up in a pony tail, tucking it all underneath a beaten up looking beret as she put on the button up white blouse and the black Capri pants that fitted perfectly against her small, toned legs. She pushed her bangs behind her ears and she glanced around the room, grabbing a map, and her favorite book. She shoved the two in the bag and hauled it over her shoulder as she snuck out of her room.
Why did the princess want to escape? Simple, to find her kidnapped brother and bring him home. He's been missing for almost six months, and people were starting to forget about him. Her plan was to infiltrate a pirate ship, hopefully without them finding out she was a princess, and find out information about her brother. She snuck down the stairs and looked around the corner. It was a clean get away to the doors that would lead her to the stables so she can grab her horse and make it to the dock before dawn. She had heard from some of the slaves talking about an infamous pirate ship pulling into the docks, and it was her only chance to make her plan start working. She booked it towards the doors and she quickly pushed them open. She was somewhat glad the guards were off duty. She entered the stables and went straight to the white horse munching on some hay in one of the occupied stalls.
She smiled softly and walked over to the horse, the hay squishing under her feet clad in a pair of flats. She saddled up the white horse and hopped onto it, lightly kicking her foot into her side, the horse pulled out of the stall and the princess kicked her hard. The horse broke out into a run, and she was on her way to the docks. Upon leaving the palace, people stared at her with an odd look, her purple hair was catching most of the attention. She cooed the horse to a gentle trot as the docks came into view. Then she saw the large pirate ship, just floating in the water. She got off her horse and tied it's reins to the post, and she made her way towards the boat curiously.
She bit her lip and sighed, walking slowly up the boat ramp, onto the boat. "H-Hello?" She called out curiously, readying herself for any sort of attack. Pirates were crude people who had no respect for anything. She was sure that this pirate ship was full of stupid males too.
