Username:Pdragon619
Name: Camory Chiefer
Nickname:the white shadow
Age: 15
Race:human (actually a demon)
Powers: Can channel and manipulate energy stored in his sword to increase his strength, speed, and other attributes aswell as to use as projectiles.
Weapons: Gosling, a pitch black katana that absorbs the energy of whatever it cuts, the amount varying on the size and severity of the cut made.
Bio: Camory is a relatively ordinary and humble warrior within the ranks of the vampire hunters. He has slightly above average skills, and does quite well considering he is just a human. However he isn't really just a human. Many years ago Camory went by a different monicker Dormin ,"The Centaur of Crete", a powerful and feared demon known for his bloodlust and little else. Many believed that he existed sheerly for the sake of battle, and even other demons considered him little more than a beast. However though initially they thought little of his intelligence, and figured him a good weapon if nothing else, the other demons soon came to realize that he was not as simple as he let on. After many battles it became apparent that in his "mindless rampages" he was killing more demons than anything else. Worse yet the list of casualties soon came to include important officers, generals, and other oddly specific people of influence.

Fearing an attempt at rebellion, and rightfully so, the other demons turned on Dormin. After a long, arduous battle the other demons gained the upper hand and managed to restrain him. They sealed his power into the body of a mortal infant and cast him into the human world, planning to enjoy toying with his life as a human. However this plan quickly backfired as he was found by the vampire hunter's guild at a young age and raised to be one of them. Growing up believing himself to be human Camory became a gentle and kindhearted boy, though still capable in a fight. Due to his limitations as a human he was given the sword Gosling to give him an advantage when fighting supernatural beings. This ended up saving him in two ways, first through the swords ability to absorb supernatural energy he was able to keep his demon form sated with enough power to keep himself from accidentally going berserk without actually having to devour people's souls, and secondly because of the swords tendency to convert even demonic energy to the user his strange aversion to holy magic was overlooked as a side effect of using the blade. Because of this he has gone through his whole life without learning the truth of his identity, and more importantly without anyone else learning of it either. He had no idea what happened to his parents, in truth they never existed in the first place, but he assumes that because he was left on the hunters' doorstep that vampires may have had something to do with it.
Personality: Camory is rather carefree and gentle. He tries to avoid getting into confrontations with those he considers his allies, and prefers more diplomatic solutions to such conflicts. However he fully understands the purpose and stakes of his job and becomes much more serious in a fight, though he is still prone to sparing people if he finds a considerable amount of good in them. In this sense he can be considered naive. Overall he has an optimistic outlook on life and chooses to see the good in things rather than dwell on the bad. Also he tends to take up more..."feminine" hobbies, such as cookings, sewing, gardening and such, and this mixed with his gentle nature caused him to get looked down on a lot by other hunters, or underestimated by his enemies, not that he particularly cares one way or the other.
Likes:Cooking, Knitting, Cleaning, spending time with friends, relaxing, sweets.
Dislikes:bullies, harsh light, anything holy (due to his demon nature it causes him headaches being around them), ripped clothing, hats.

Name:Cassandra Lightray
Nickname:Cass or Cassie
Age: looks 16
Race:Vampire
Powers:Illusions (to an extent), hypnotic(has to be looking into somebody eyes, and if a strong mind has to be touch them), and normal vampire powers like speed and strength.
Weapons:A small dagger and that is it.
Bio:She was a normal girl once till her she caught the eyes of a vampire, and soon she was engaged to that vampire as she didn't want to but she had no choice on the matter during this time. She soon found out what he was and was going to run away before he lost control and bit her. She had thought she was going to die and the vampire truly loving her changed her instead of allowing her to die. But he had left her soon after he changed her so she wasn't tough the rules that most other would learn but she learned threw out the years she had been a vampire on her own,she is scared of other vampires and would prefer to stay on her own, despite being a bit lonely.
Personality: She is a kind, though she is what people would call rough around the edges. She will fight for her freedom and life, which means her next meal. She is rude when she needs to be, though she seems a bit lost with the times as she was quite old. Technology creep up on her more faster then she thought it would and is naive from time to time when it comes to things like that.
Likes: Flowers, the color red, books, cats, and a quite dark place
Dislikes:Hunters, other vampires, strong scents, and loud noises

"darkness and light are a lot like good and evil...."

Panting could be heard echoing through the forest, accompanied by quick thudding of footsteps as a lone figured raced between the trees. The surrounding forest was dark thanks to the thick trees, and would have been pitch black had the moon not been full that night, casting down soft gleams of light. The figure running through the forest wasn't all that imposing, quite the opposite it was clear it, or more accurate he, was fleeing from something. In the darkness it was hard to make out the boy's appearance, but his silvery white hair seemed to glow a bit in the moon light, but this otherwise impressive effect proved to be very much a hindrance in this case, as it made it almost impossible for him to shake off his pursuers. The boy gritted his teeth and clutched onto the hilt of the sword on his back. Suddenly skidding to a stop the boy turned on his heels, drew his sword, and slashed forward, sending a way of energy down the forest, slicing cleanly through the trees like butter, and hopefully doing the same to his so far invisible pursuers. "think....huff hufff I got em...huff..." he panted, placing his hand up against a tree to hold himself up. He really shouldn't have spent all that time running, he really didn't have the stamina for it.

Suddenly he heard a squeek and looked up at the branches of the tree he was leaning against. What at first he had assumed to be leaves were actually row upon row of bats, all leering at him with glowing yellow eyes. "Guess I missed then" he muttered to himself, chuckling out of exhaustion. Suddenly the bats formed together into three vampires, all still perched on the tree branches. "silly hunter, did you really think you could beat us by drawing us into the forest? your our prey now" their leader said as they descended down upon him. Camory sighed and stabbed his sword into the ground. "Gosling help me out here" he said gripping tight and focusing a large chunk of the energy stored within the blade, converting it into an epheral blue fire that rose up around him like a pillar, completely incinerating the attacking vampires before they could even reach the boy. "well I didn't think the forest would help me beat you, just cover up me doing that, after all if anyone saw that they might get the wrong idea" he said as their ashed began floating down around him. He left his sword stuck in the ground and sat down against the tree again, brushing some ash out of his white locks of hair. "that move...so tiring" Camory thought out loud as he felt considerably drained. He knew he shouldn't, but he felt like falling asleep right there, after all the vampires were gone, so what was the harm in it? He chuckled a bit, feeling as though he might be setting himself up for something as he closed his eyes.

Cassie had waited for the sun to go down before she slipped on a black dress that went to her knee's and black boats that matched the dress as she brushed her orange hair out of her face before she slipped out of the dark house and looked around. She would prefer to not drink from a human, as for who was once one it seemed wrong even now as she was glade she lived on the outskits right on the edge of the forest. Cassie slipped into the forest as quite as she could be, which was pretty quite because of what she was. The vampire used to speed to get to the middle of the forest as she looked around the room before she managed to catch a small doe, but she ate enough that it left the animal alive but enough to fill her up. Cassie was a rare vampire and tried hard not to kill her prey, she patted the deer with a soft smile on her face saying thank you before she stood up, leaving the deer on the ground. She decided to walk the forest for now, not really any interesting in the city that she had just left for now, until a few more hours where all the night stuff opens for business which is where she spent her time. She wasn't trying to hide herself, of course she had ran into vampire hunters and even other vampires here but she normally got a way. Cassie wasn't one to fight much, she only fought for her life if need be, she didn't even like big crowds anymore very much but she was okay with them. Even now after so many years one would call her afraid of death and that was true, no matter how old you were that fear never seemed to leave well she always thought that was normal no matter what you are. She brushed her orange hair out of face as her eyes shinned red in the moonlight as she looked up as she smelt something out of place here. She frowned quite a bit though her curiosity got the better of him as she headed towards it quietly, she was a bit frightened so she hid behind trees as she did so sticking her head out. Though the scent wasn't another vampire she could tell that she would have ran away but no it wasn't. She caught sight of a person and almost squeaked as she hide behind a tree, as she was skinny enough to do so. Cassie leaned her head forward a bit looking at the person, he looked human but something smelled off as she bit her lip with her small fang as she decided to take a step forward out of her hiding spot, something also smelt like it was burning here or was more like was burned as she looked around quietly so not to wake him him.

Camory sat up against the tree, sleeping serenely despite the violent scene he had just been apart of. The peaceful look on his face made it look as though he didn't have a care in the world, ignorant to the dangerous situation he was in. Little did he know another vampire was stalking him as he slept, perhaps with purer intentions than the others he had just fought, but still dangerous none the less. As she stepped out the boy let out a soft murmur in his sleep and rolled over onto his side, incoherently murmuring something, but oddly enough the word "muffins" kept coming back up. His sword Gosling was still stabbed into the ground in the middle of the small clearing, and he didn't care any holy artifacts on him because they caused him just as much pain as they did to evil beings, so for all intensive purposes he was completely exposed. "what are you doing there?" he suddenly called out. "eat up before it gets cold" he murmured again, apparently still asleep.

Seeing him fall over she gave a light smile as she tilted her head to the side, some orange stands of hair falling into her face as she did so. Cassie couldn't stop the giggle but that is when she saw the sword as her eyes widen as she looked to the smile that had just on her face gone now, She turned and without thinking started to run, though she jumped when he said something and she turned her head to the side as if looking at him her red eyes wide. She gave a soft sigh as he realized that he was still asleep and was just talking. Cassie being who she was slowly watched him before she stepped on a twig making it snap, oh that wasn't smart. She quickly hid behind a tree as she leaned her back against a tree as she covered her ear as if it would help her in some way to hide, she wasn't the greatest vampire as she had stepped back without thinking and look what she had done stepped on a twig and snapped it, with a man with a weapon so near.

Camory smiled a bit and continued to talk in his sleep. "go ahead, drink up, I don't mind" he muttered, the sentence having dangerous implications with a vampire around. He seemed like he would continue on muttering in his sleep like his when suddenly he heard the snapping of a twig and he quickly snapped out of his slumber. "huh?" the boy mumbled, the sleepiness in his eyes making his all ready innocent face look that much younger. He let out a gentle yawn and brushed some more ash off his jacket. "hmmm....how long have I been asleep? couldn't have been that long" he said, not even bothering to investigate the snapping, figuring it was just an animal. Still he didn't feel as exhausted, and it really wasn't a good idea to sleep out in the middle of the forest. "I should probably report back huh? hmmm but the bakery will be open soon...I think" he said going to his watch, still about 10, so not even close. "jeez I didn't even get to sleep until morning, well I guess I'll head back home and report in the morning" he said as he walked up to his sword and pulled it out of the ground. He wipped it off with his sleeve a few times, then slid it back into its sheath on his back. He headed back through the trees, pausing a bit when he passed the tree Cassie was hiding behind. "ya ever get the feeling your being watched by something?" he asked himself. However the neck minute he rolled his eyes and chuckled. "I'm seriously asking myself questions outloud now...god I need to start doing more partner missions before I go crazy" he said, shaking his head and continuing on without checking behind him.

Red eyes blinked at the sentence as she pulled her hand away from her ears and leaned slightly as she looked at the man carefully to not show herself as she tilted her head to the side, it was a good thing that she had just eaten and maybe a even better thing that she was the only vampire around at the moment as she knew that there were others around here, she could smell the lingering scent. Cassie hid behind the tree more when the man woke and started to talk to himself again as she softly shook her head a bit as she pulled her knee's closer forming a small ball as she hide, though with orange hair in the forest, she wasn't exactly a good at hiding. Report, report what was her thought as her red eyes softly followed him as he seemed to walk by and she gave a relived sigh as she gave a soft smile as she watched him. Man he did sure talk to himself a lot which almost made her giggle again as she slowly stood up and gently and quietly with her vampire skills started to walk the different way away from the man biting her lip nervous, he could turn around any second now and spot her, if she moved fast now she would be sure be heard and she would rather not be heard as he would turn no matter how fast she was she would still be seen for a split second even going when fast.

Camory smiled and continued to walk on in blissful ignorance of his company, that was when a suddenly thought hit him like a punch to the face. "crap I almost forgot the ashes" he exclaimed. There wasn't much point in managing to take down three vampires if didn't have the proof to show the hunters guild. He pulled out three tiny bottles, for the three samples of ash he'd need to collect, and turned to see the back of a girl walking away from him. "huh?" he said, tilting his head slightly, as he watched her walk off nervously. From behind he really had no way of telling she was a vampire. After all it was to dark to tell she had darkened skin. The white haired boy smiled a bit and tried to catch up with her. "miss are you ok? its dangerous to be walking the forest so late at night" he said, tucking the bottles away as he approached her.

Cassie tugged at her orange hair as she walked, thinking she got away scoot free which made her quite pleased. However when he said miss she froze on the spot as she turned around with a startled look on her face, red eyes clearly shinning in the moonlight. Cassie sucked in a deep breath her eyes going to the sword before she stepped back "Stay away from me" She said as she took a few steps back from her and shook her head, this was her rough side, as she was always been the type to push people away well every since she changed because sometimes she simply couldn't control herself all the time. "I am perfectly fine in the woods, you on the other hand or not" She said as she took another step back, even though she could tell by scent that he wasn't human but still it was something to say. Cassie of course was lying she was not perfectly fine, as the youngest of the vampire around here she was always in danger by her own kind and even then the hunters were always a problem as well but that was a different story.

Camory flinched a bet when she shouted at him to stay away. A worried look came over his face as he looked at her, stepping closer despite her telling him to leave. "calm down its allright. I'm a friend" he told her, barely registering her eyes. After all he himself had deep purple eyes, and he was perfectly normal, so he never really judged people based on things like eyes and hair color. Then again he was notoriously bad at spotting vampires, so that lack of predjudice probably wasn't a good thing. "the forest is dangerous at night ma'am, the vampires are gone, but there could still be other dangerous creatures lurking around" he told her, stepping closer and holding out his hand. "here let me escort you back into town. I may not look like much, but you'll still be alot safer with me than out by yourself" he said, still thinking she was just a scared, and maybe even delirious by how she was talking, woman.

"A friend, ha don't make me laugh. We just meant we can't be friends" Cassie said as she crossed her arms over her small fame and gently shook her head, sadly this was her real personality rough around the edges yet kind girl hidden way underneath. Dangerous maybe but not for her, of course she was stronger then she appeared to be for what she was. Red eyes blinked a few times as she lifted her head up orange hair blowing in front of of her face as she pushed it back behind her ears as she titled her head to the side. What did he mean that the vampires were gone. "Vampires, gone.....what do you mean by that" She asked softly, other then the sword on his back he didn't appear to be a vampire hunter then again vampire hunters looked like normal people how could she tell such a thing, she could never tell unless they flat out attacked her. Cassie stepped back when the man offered his hand to her and she shook her head, if he touched her with her ice cold skin of course he would tell that she was a vampire, if her eyes didn't do it. Then again this kid had silver hair and purple eyes not a normal human color, though she new from his scent that he wasn't human. "I don't need an escort" Cassie said softly as she shook her head a bit as she turned around and looked back at him. "You are to nice for you own good, people will take advantages of you that way" Cassie said rather simply, she knew from experience if she wasn't turned into a vampire she would well be dead by now but that was beside the point she wouldn't have changed to the person she was now.

Camory chuckled at her flat rejection at the notion of them being friends. "hmmm...is that how it works? well then I guess I'm just a concerned passerby then" he said with a smile, hoping that would be an apt compromise. He wasn't really one for conflict so more often then not he'd just go with what the other person was saying if they had a disagreement. When she asked about the vampires he chuckled a bit modestly. "well for the past few days a small group of vampires has been attacking people in the forest. So I cam here to take care of them and make the forest safe again" he said. "but that doesn't mean its completely safe. you really should have someone to guide you back safely" he adding, thinking she might use his words as proof she didn't need an escort. He watched her turn her back on him, about to leave him behind when she commented on him being to nice. "yeah I get that alot" he said chuckling, stepping up close to her and placing a hand on her shoulder. "but thats allright. I mean all I want to do is help, so in a way getting taken advantage of isn't that bad. Like right now, I want you to take advantage of my offer to escort you out safely" he said, twisting what she said into a more positive out look.

"Yes that is how it woks, we can't just be friends with no names or just barely starting talking" Cassie said as she gave a soft sigh coming from her lips to act like a human. Red eyes blinked a few times at the mention of it being concerned passerby by, was he going to be easily prayed upon if it was some other vampire other then herself. Listening to him softly her red eyes turned to look at the sword that was on his back before they went back to his face as she brushed orange hair out of her face. A small group of vampire, she had ran into them and if she wasn't a vampire she would have been human she was sure that she would have been killed by them but because she was one of them, they let her go. It took a few minutes for the take care of them part to come into her head as she let out an oh "Your......Your a vampire hunter" She asked softly and slowly, as she kept her cool rather well despite on the inside she was freaking out a bit. "I don't need a guide....I come here all the time, no matter what time of day it is" Cassie said, of course that was a lie as she was a vampire she could only come out during the night. She was touched and she quickly pulled away, she kept herself from hitting his hand way like she wanted to "Don't touch me" She said, of course if this boy was a vampire hunter she wasn't going to let him find out that she wasn't a vampire if he wasn't just pretending to be nice to get her someplace easier which thoughts like that always came to her mind with anybody. A soft laugh came from her as she shook her head a bit as she turned to look at him "I don't want to take advantage of your kindness, I am not that type of person and honestly I am quite fine" Cassie said rather simply as she waved her hand towards him and began to walk off, yet again.
