Jake gulped as she slammed him up against the wall. Maybe this was a bad idea after all. He though to himself. He took a deep breath calming himself down. "Yeah I thought about it and was like, what's wrong with me? I whould be so lucky to mate with a girl like Moira. So here I am hoping I haven't missed my chance." He said hoping to get on her good side since she was obviously mad. She looked at him for a moment before kissing him. "Of course you haven't!" She said smiling. (Time skip)

Lupa stayed in Jake's bed with ghostie, stuffing her ears so she didn't have to listen. At least now Moira would move on, and the males would respect him all the more.
When the sun rose Lupa headed out to the stream to swim; Moira, Hasira, Kyre, and Thrash were already playing Toss with a small painted rock. She joined in, laughing and ignoring the other boys on the shore who were talking.

Jake sat on the bottom of the river watching the fish swim by. I swear I'm going to have nightmares about that look in her eyes for a while. He thought to himself. He whould make sure the next time Moria had a craving for him he whould say yes the first time instead of making her go crazy. In fact he shivered at the thought of what whould have happened if he had made her wait another day. He just hopped the other girls weren't crazy like that.

Lupa got out of the water and stretched, shaking herself off and pulling a towel around her swimsuit. Time for some sunning. She lay down her towel than stretched out on her back, yawning." Hey, Cal? Can you get the sunscreen?"
" Busy fighting Luka!"

" Fighting Cal!"
" Hey jake? its on the top shelf of the storeroom." She closed her eyes and yawned; the sun was so warm. She couldn't stop her tail from wagging.

Jake heard Lupa call his name and swam up. He nodded getting out of the water and drying off some before heading inside. He grabbed it and headed back to Lupa. "Here you go."He said holding it out for her to take it.

Jake looked over at Moira glad she seemed done with him. Maybe now he could have a normal mate. "It's fine, I don't really mind and if those two have a problem with it when can settle it later." He said rubbing the sunscreen on her back. "You know it's funny, a month ago I wouldn't of thought I whould be doing anything like this." He said as he finished.

Jake nodded getting ready to leave but then he stopped. "Hey Lupa, remember when you said I had my pick of any female right? Can I choose you?" He asked. Of course he wasn't serious he just wanted to see what kind of reaction he could get out of her.

I was just looking for yes or no. He thought to himself. When did he at any point say she was a prize? He shook his head and jumped back in the water. Girls where to hard to understand. He sighed and started floating on his back letting the flow carry him.

Lupa yawned and got up after a while, pulling her dress over her head. " I'm going for a walk," She sighed. Maybe she'd do some hunting. The wolf demon went to her bed and pulled her knife out from her matress, tucking it into her belt before stepping outside and stretching.

Jake simply nodded to let her know he herd. But he flipped up when he smelled smoke. He got out of the water and saw the forest on fire. There where humans with flamethrowers everywhere siting things on fire. He coughed and ran towards the others. "The humans are setting the forest on fire." He said in between coughs.

Lupa coughed and stay close to the grass; humans slowly surrounded her. Her face was forged against the ground; she bit at them and they slapped her. Stars danced across her vision as she was slung across a suited, alien shoulder. Their visors hid their face.
" Morning." A blonde woman grinned at the girl chained against a bed by one leg. " About time our bait woke up." She offered her a glass of water as she coughed up soot;" Let us know if you need anything." She got up and left the room as the wolf demon chugged her drink.

Jake and the others had manged to put the fire out but had lost Lupa. He had sent the others to look for her while he followed her scent trail perfectly, even through all the ash. He soon saw another base camp. He snuck in and began looking for Lupa wonduring what they wanted with her.
