Rachel glanced over at Draco when he sat down rather noisily. At his lame attempt at an apology, she shrugged one shoulder at him, and flipped a page carelessly in her book. "You asked me not to follow you, I should have listened." she said, looking at him out of the corner of her eye.

She gave him a half smile, and rolled her eyes. "So how are you feeling today, then?" she asked him curiously, putting her arm over the book and turning to look at him. She tilted her head slightly, and rose a brow at him. She wasn't exactly mad at him for how he acted, she could act like she was, couldn't she?

"Papa likes to keep information a secret. I only know what everyone else knows. He keeps me far from his work." Adrianna said with a shrug as she poked at an egg and frowned. Food suddenly didn't seem to appetizing to her. "And I'd love to! I really enjoyed flying... I think I got the hang of it too." Adrianna chirped happily as she thought back to flying on the broom with Harry. She really had enjoyed herself, to the point where she remembered everything. The wind whipping past her, the feeling of being weightless, the nice smell of oak, hints of smoke and musk coming from Harry when she buried her head into his shoulder. Thinking of that moment made her blush ever so slightly. "I can't wait for the visit to Hogsmeade! I talked to a few roommates this morning and they described all the places there. I'm so excited I can hardly wait! And then there's Slughorn's party! I bet that will be fun." Adrianna said quickly as she smiled, trying to stop herself from blushing and it worked, somewhat.

"Speaking of Slughorn, I should probably get to his class soon..." Adrianna stated to herself as she stood up and fidgeted ever so slightly. Some where in the back of her mind she wished Harry would ask to escort her. "I still can't really remember where it is... Could you show me, please?" Adrianna asked as she stared at Harry. Hopefully he would be the one to accept her offer, and not Ron. Though she was sure that now that she was heading to class, everyone else might start to as well.

Harry noticed one thing about Erin, ever since he'd given her that flying lesson, she seemed completely different than what she was before. But he liked it, really. She seemed very happy, and he could only hope he was the reason for that happiness. Yesterday she seemed to be dreading Slughorn's party, and now she was excited. He was glad, because he didn't want a date who really didn't want to be there. He'd feel bad for dragging her along.

When she asked for an escort, he grinned widely and grabbed his bag. "Yeah, I'll show you." he said. This time, he made casual conversation with her as they walked, not wanting that awkward silence from before.

                                          ---

When the time came for their Hogsmeade trip, he was smiling widely as he walked through the little town with his friends, chatting conversationally. He turned to Erin with a smile, this was her first visit. "So, is there any place you wanted to check out while we're here?" he asked her. "Give me a name, I could show you the way."

"I'm doing... better." Draco said with a smirk, deciding he'd choose his words carefully. After a while the class started and Draco felt like he was about to fall asleep, and it was only the beginning of class!

When the first Hogsmeade trip came up, Draco couldn't help, but be excited. Not only was he confident about the necklace, but no one would know it was him! The plan would go perfectly, he would control Katie and have Rachel leave the package in the girl's bathroom, leaving it for Katie to take and give to Dumbledore. The necklace should shake him around a bit and with him being so old, it would surely work out perfectly! And he also got a sort of date with Rachel, so that sat well with him as well. Although he would never admit it, he had just begun to fancy the intelligent girl. He wasn't sure about the reason, then again, she was sort of perfect. Pure blooded, his parents knew hers, she was smart, and wasn't all over every guy. That and Lucius had a bit of a talk with Draco about the sleeping around and having to find a girl whom he could continue the Malfoy line with. At the moment that person seemed to be Rachel. And they were technically dating, fake or not. Of course, Draco called it fake because he didn't want anyone to know he was falling for someone out of Slytherin. It was practically unheard of in his mind.

Draco checked his appearance once more, making sure he looked like he dressed for the occasion. He wore a nice button up white shirt, a Slytherin tie, a black zip up hoodie, a pair of fitting black jeans, and some converse resembling shoes made by a pure blooded wizard family, where he got most of his clothes. He also grabbed the package and headed out. He said he'd meet Rachel at the Three Broomsticks. To him, a warm butterbeer sounded rather nice. As did completing his mission. Once he was finished with the killing part, all he needed to do was finish the cabinet, which he was sure was close to finishing. Soon enough he got to the Three Broomsticks, where he spotted Rachel almost immediately. He had to admit, she did look nice. "Room for one more?" Draco asked in the most charming voice he could muster, which was rather charming.

Rachel spent most of her time with Draco, trying to help him fix the vanishing cabinet. She was pretty smart, being in Ravenclaw, so she'd read up on what little literature there was on the things, and was trying her best. When the time to go to Hogmeade rolled around, Adrian picked out a simple, but cute outfit, and did her hair nice. She kind of sort of had a date with Draco, though they were still technically only 'fake dating', but she couldn't help but like him a little. He was gorgeous, of course, a little moody, but she could deal with that. She'd been dealing with it, and she wasn't sick of him yet.

She arrived at the Three Broomsticks before him, and sat down, ordering herself, and Draco, a butterbeer. She figured he'd be there before too long, and she was right, because soon she heard a voice she recognized very well by now, but had never heard him sound quite so..charming. Turning to look at him, she smiled, and gestured to the seat next to her. "I took the liberty of ordering you a drink, hope you don't mind." she said smoothly, maybe a little teasingly.

Taking a sip of her own, she glanced around them. There were several students, and other people sitting about, but none directly next to them, so she leaned a little closer to him. "So, when are we putting the plan into action?" she asked him, curious. She knew she was planting the necklace in the girls bathroom, which she really didn't mind doing. She was doing a lot of stuff she wasn't supposed to be doing lately. She wasn't supposed to be helping him, he was supposed to be proving himself capable, or something ridiculous like that. If you asked her, it was a little much for a young man like himself. Sure, he could probably do it, but it was a litle less stressful, she hoped, with her help.

"I don't know..." Adrianna mumbled as Hermione rolled her eyes and grinned at Adrianna. "You look gorgeous, Erin! You know if I promised not to tell I would so tell him... Especially if this outfit doesn't say it." Hermione said slyly as she spun Adrianna around. Her outfit consisted of a fitting long black shirt with a low v cut, an unzipped gray jacket, a simple black scarf, a pair of tight faded jeans, and some nice black pumps. "Alright... But we're going as friends! I don't see how it's really even a date. I should just wear something more simple..." Adrianna groaned, she didn't want to look nice for no reason! Sure, Harry was nice, but she was sure he didn't like her back. Adrianna had in fact developed feelings for the Chosen Boy. She refrained from telling her father, and still told him that Harry really had no reason to be lying. In fact, she was told a lot of the story and had joined the trio of them. However, Ron seemed distant from Adrianna.

The only issue at the moment was Adrianna had never told them about her past. They all knew literally nothing about her. Only that she had a father in the Ministry, mentioned nothing of her mother, and that she had gone to Beauxbatons and transferred over to Hogwarts. When asked of her past, Adrianna just changed the subject. "Trust me Erin! He will love it! And what about me?" Hermione asked as she did a small three sixty. "Beautiful as always 'Mione." Adrianna commented happily as she and Hermione headed out to Hogsmeade. The boys said they'd meet them there.

"Well, I've always wanted to try some butterbeer. My dad simply insisted on me trying it." Adrianna said happily as she smiled at Harry. Ever since their first broom ride together, he'd seem a little less stressed and a bit more happy. Then their second ride, which went very well, he'd seemed even more happy. In fact, when she had finished training on the broom and tried out for the beater position, she got it. That moment was one of true joy for Adrianna. "I'd also like to see a few shops. I would like to get a few new shirts and a trinket for my Papa." Adrianna added as she glanced over at Hermione who gave her a thumbs up before returning to talk to Ron and Seamus about something. Adrianna had noticed something about Seamus, he'd seemed very clear in the fact he'd liked Adrianna, only issue being, Adrianna didn't like him back and made it clear, but he still insisted on trying to get her to like him back. Which was failing quite horribly on account... Adrianna liked Harry. The boy who she was supposed to be watching and getting information out of, not flirting and liking him. She didn't care, the Ministry wasn't there, all they had were her letters and they were foolish enough to believe it.

Harry walked beside Erin, sneaking glances at her, trying to be discrete. Quite simple, she looked amazing! He wished that their 'date' was really a date, but he hadn't made that clear, so maybe if he treated it like one, it would be? He was still rather inexperienced in the 'girl department', but he liked to think he was getting at least a little better.

"Well, the best place to get a butterbeer would be the Three Broomsticks, so let's go there." Harry said, grabbing her hand lightly to pull her along. There was plenty of snow, but they had a nice path to walk on. What Harry couldn't get over was that he was actually holding her hand!

When they got there, Ron and Hermione came in as well, and Harry groaned quietly. "It's Malfoy," he muttered, waving them to the back, not wanting to be up by them. "I swear he's up to something. I bet that girl is helping him, too. They're always together." Harry said quietly as he sat down, glancing at the two as the girl Whispered to Draco. Shaking his head, he turned his attention the the waitress, and ordered them four butterbeers.

"Now why would I mind having a wonderful young lady ordering drinks for me?" Draco asked with a smirk as he glanced over Rachel. She really did look nice. At first he dreaded the fake dating thing, but now... He quite enjoyed it. He still had to run the idea of kissing in public by Rachel as no one had actually seen the couple kiss before. His excuse was that they were taking it slow. His idiotic friends usually believed him. "In a moment..." Draco whispered as he shoved the package to her under the table and took a sip of his butterbeer and let the drink warm his cold bones. If only they could warm his heart, yeah right. As if Draco wanted or even needed a warm heart. He certainly didn't welcome the idea of having a warm heart. It was a sign of weakness and Draco Malfoy was anything, but weak.

"There she is, go into the bathroom, act nature. Excuse yourself." Draco urged as he watched Katie. She came in with her friends and was about ready to excuse herself to go to the restroom, where Rachel would give the "package" to Katie and Katie would deliver said "package" to Dumbledore. The plan was practically foolproof!

Rachel smirked back at him, and tucked the package away in her coat discretely. When he told her to excuse herself, she leaned over, kissed his cheek, and patter his leg. "I'll be back," she said, playing the role as 'girlfriend' pretty well, she thought. Slipping off the stool, she went into the bathroom and washed her hands while she waited for Katie to come in.

Draco had told her to simply give the package to her, so Rachel had checked all the stalls before Katie had come in. When she did, Rachel handed off the package to her, and walked out of the bathroom casually, running a hand through her hair, she sat down next to Draco. "It's done," she told him quietly, and took a long drink of her butterbeer. She had to admit, for having it all planned out in her head, she was for some reason pretty nervous to see how it would turn out.

Adrianna gasped ever so quietly when Harry grabbed her hand. In her mind, she didn't want him to let go, ever. If only she could simply hold his hand until the world ended... Adrianna growled inwardly at herself. The thoughts were foolish! Harry liked some other girl, not some silly girl like herself. Even if he did, it wouldn't work out, Adrianna was sure. So sure, that Adrianna was confident it was true. She had her secrets, which were damning ones...

"Oh goodness..." Adrianna muttered as Harry had pointed out Draco. She had been keeping an eye on him lately, as well as the girl. When she went into her owl form, she noticed the two run down a hall and disappear completely from sight. She knew something had to be going on, no one simply disappeared like that. It was impossible! "Yes, I've noticed..." Adrianna mumbled as she noticed that her hand was still wrapped around Harry's. Her face instantly heat up as she let her grip on his hand go and folded her hands politely in her lap. Soon enough the four butterbeers arrived, and as soon as it did, Adrianna took a small sip. Obviously, she had never had the drink before, so as soon as she swallowed it, she removed her scarf and jacket and folded them on the back of her chair. Apparently what they had said about butterbeer was true, it really did warm your bones!

"Probably should have warned you about that..." Hermione stated sheepishly as Adrianna laughed quietly and shook her head. "No, it's fine. It tastes really good! I wasn't expecting the sudden warmth though..." Adrianna said as she slowly pulled up the top of her shirt. She wasn't really comfortable in the shirt, since it was so low and the fact it didn't really belong to her. In fact, the shirt was a little tight, and the sleeves were a little long and fell past her finger tips by a few inches. In short, the shirt was snug and quite long, giving a slightly messy look to Adrianna. Had it not been for the magic used to straighten out her hair and the fact it looked quite nice in a neat clip, Adrianna probably would have looked a lot like her mother.

Harry blushed a little when she let go of his hand, and busied himself with holding his cup of butterbeer. He took a sip, and swallowed it quickly to grin at Erin. He found himself thinking about how cute she was, and glanced over to see Ginny sitting with Dean. Hermione frowned, and tried to get his attention so he wouldn't be upset as the two started snogging. Telling himself that he was over her, he turned his attention back to Erin with a smile.

"So, this is your first butterbeer, then?" he asked her, smiling. "Seems like you've been rather deprived as a child. Never successfully ridden on a broom, never had a butterbeer.. Anything else you've never done you wish you had?" Harry asked her curiously, for the moment, not really noticing he had two other friends at the table.

"Good." Draco said as he smirked. Finally his plan was put into action, now there was the waiting part. He watched as Katie and her friend got themselves a table and ordered a few drinks. If he wanted his plan to go perfectly, he needed it to all look perfectly natural. "Why don't we dump this joint and go shopping or something?" Draco suggested as he chugged the rest of his butterbeer and wiped off his upper lip from any possible foam that would have been there from him drinking. Butterbeer wasn't actually alcoholic, sure there was an alcoholic version of it, but butterbeer itself held little to no alcoholic content.

"Gladrags Wizardwear has some new clothes. Why don't we stop by there and get something nice to wear?" Draco suggested quietly and quickly as he noticed Potter, his two dingy friends, and his stupid unknown cousin. He did indeed ask about Erin and found out that wasn't even her name. And from what he heard from his Aunt, her name was Adrianna Santel Lestrange and she lived with her father. Obviously Adrianna was not on his side and he felt that her being related to Bellatrix would come in handy later. He wasn't sure why, but he was sure it would come in handy at some point. Draco stood and offered his arm to Rachel, waiting so he could escort her to the other store. It was about time he bought himself his own clothes, instead of having his mother fit him for some instead. Sure, his mother's style was alright, but some things she got him were ridiculous.

Rachel finished off her butterbeer, and wiped her mouth with a napkin gently, not wanting to smudge her lip gloss. When Draco suggested they leave, she stood and hooked her arm through his. "Good idea, my father sent me a bunch of extra money just for the trip." she said with a grin, pulling out the bag of coins, tossing it, and sticking it back into her coat pocket once she'd caught it. Her parents were rich, so her father was totally sucking up to her for doing this mission. It was making him look good, she had no interest in becoming a Death Eater.

Walking with him out of the Three Broomsticks, she walked with him to Gladrags, casting a casual glance towards Katie. Once they were in the store, she started looking through clothes. She did love shopping, especially with her 'fake' boyfriend. He had pretty good taste.

"I have been. Papa only wants me to really be interested in the Ministry and I rather have nothing to do with them and over at Beauxbatons, they're very strict on what you can and cannot do." Adrianna said with a small shrug as she sipped at her butterbeer and felt eyes on her. She quickly snapped her head up and searched around and noticed a devilish look in the young Malfoy's eyes. Adrianna glared and watched as he rolled his eyes, causing a bit of anger to bubble up in her chest. "Well, there are a lot of things I've wanted to do. But right now I'm content with simply having you guys as friends and having fun with you lot. I'll be going to my first party in a few days, so I really am fine... Though I did see a forest on the way here and I really wanted to check it out." Adrianna stated happily as she ignored the burning in her chest.

She knew that Draco was up to something, it was burning in her chest. She knew he was her cousin, and he knew his family would do anything to get to her. Especially her own mother. She was confident that Bellatrix knew about her going there, Adrianna simply hoped she wouldn't try and pursue her. If she did, not only was Harry in trouble, but so was everyone else who knew her. In fact, if they knew about her affiliation with Harry, they would try and get to her no matter what the cost. They would end up simply using her and toss her aside once they had Harry. Adrianna frowned, perhaps it was time to talk to her friends about her situation? "I think maybe we should go, I don't have a very good feeling..." Adrianna suggested as she drank the last few gulps left in her Butterbeer glass and put on her jacket and scarf before shyly offering Harry her hand.

Harry looked at Erin as she spoke, and noticed she looked a little bothered. "Your father wants you in the ministry? He should let you enjoy your childhood," Harry said, shaking his head. He couldn't exactly say he'd enjoyed his, though. Since he was a baby he'd lived with his horrible aunt and uncle, and his cousin Dudley. And when he finally found the one place he belonged, Voldemort was there to ruin it. But he had his friends, so for the most part, he was happy when he wasn't stressing over the possibility of dying.

When Erin said she didn't have a good feeling, Harry nodded. "You're right, lets get going." he said, finishing off his butterbeer, before standing. When she offered her hand, Harry smiled and took it lightly. Hermione and Ron stood, too, and Harry led them out of the Three Broomsticks. "So, did you still want to go shopping?" he asked Erin as they walked, looking around as they walked. Something didn't feel very right, she was right about that..
