- Once her aunt left Kawaii was content looking at herself a little more in the mirror. Of course she was not vain or anything that she would be there the entire time, what she really was looking at lay around her neck. Picking up the smooth cold gold object she examined it once again flipping it open graced with her parents photos again she smiled. Letting it drop back against her soft skin she sighed and looked up again in the mirror. She had to hurry and make amends before her aunt left without her; though she wasn't sure how she could do such a thing when her parents just died. She was sure that she would have to be strong for a while, breaking down and crying every time someone mentioned her parents wouldn't be a good thing. Running her fingers through her bangs and down the sides of her hair she stared into the mirror some more taking in the way the locket looked against her skin. Her head snapped back towards the door as she heard the voice of her brother as he came down the hall but she couldn't quite make out what he was saying. She wouldn't strain to listen though simply because she was still mad at him for earlier. So unless he was coming to apologize she really didn't want to hear anything he had to say.
The small girl was so entranced by the locket that she didn't notice the opening of the door nor the footsteps. What she did notice was the arms that wrapped around her waist and for a moment it scared her, until she realized who it was. Her heart still was beating at a thousand miles per hour, and her breath quicken slightly. This wasn't a special reaction this happened when she was touch by any man for that matter. 'Baka calm down it's just your brother,' she mentally scolded her self though she was still conscience of the strong arms that enveloped her. Even though he spoke in a cutesy voice trying to get her to forgive him she still knew that the person who held her was a man... not a boy. She hadn't really noticed until now, she never had any reason to notice before, with a deep sigh she spoke. "Onii-san you really hurt me," her eyes stayed downcast as she continued to talk, "I'll forgive you this time." 'Though if there is a next I can't promise you as much,' she couldn't help but think it, even though she doubted there would be a next time.
She could feel his breath lacing her neck and it sent shivers down her spine, she really needed him to stop holding her right now. Of course she knew her brother meant her no harm and would act like this wasn't affecting her because he was unaware. Her breathing soon slowed to a steady non hyperventilating pace and she began to relax a little. To tell the truth Kawaii was a little afraid of men, which is why her brother had scared her so bad. Nothing had happened in the past to allow the fear to surface it's always just been there. The only person man that never scared her was her father,he was always nice to her and loved her unconditionally. Squeezing her eyes shut she sighed and leaned against her big brother, there wasn't much that she could do until he let go of her.

Onto the castle of sand that I built
From gathering the stars
My tiny prayer
Falls
Waves that lay in waiting
Sweep you off your feet
From gathering the stars
My tiny prayer
Falls
Waves that lay in waiting
Sweep you off your feet
