Well actually they never were. I can't tell you how many times I've seen it around youtube. I like Skyrim but jfc you guys are KILLING it for me. And plus, it's "arrow IN the knee" smh. I swear people are abusing this meme to death, just beating the hell out of it. Stop it.

I have no clue even, it's the same as you, I just started seeing youtube comments saying the same overused joke. Memes always appear out of nowhere anyway. Hopefully it'll die down a bit with time -sigh-

Its from Skyrim. The guards littered around town, when walking by, say that line. The problem being they didn't record many lines so they CONSTANTLY say that. It just kind of caught fire.
Basically its an excuse to try to be funny without the actual ability to be funny.
