Does anyone know about that "Save Miku" campaign?
It sounds interesting!

I heard about it as well,
I heard that people are scared that Miku would get overshadowed by SeeU or the other Voca3s..

It was a while back, but someone was doing, like you said "The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku" all over again. I was one of the first few [hundreds?] to realize this, but apparently, not sure if it was a troll company or something, but they were flagging and removing Vocaloid video/songs. The really popular and well known ones.
You name it, and they're gone. Melt, Romeo and Cinderella, Meltdown, FireFlower, Double Lariat, etc.
All the high song were gone.
Thus the Save Miku campaign was created. Though, it may not be the case anymore, due to a lot of complaints to Youtube and and how it wasn't a violation, etc.
This is just what I've heard.
If something else is happening, I'd like to know. I don't want Miku to disappear D:

I noticed a ton of channels being removed right ofter the whole SOPA/PIPA thing; not just Vocaloid stuff either. I was like, wth man? Is the government trying to pull some kind of crap in retaliation? There were also a bunch of things in google search results that were removed. I kept seeing mentions of some "chilling effects" and Digital Millennium something or other crap that was really ticking me off.

I mean when someone brings up Pokemon, everyone typically thinks of Pikachu, despite there being 600+ now. It's the same thing :U
