It doesn't really hurt I have done it twice.
But I dont know about that kind though... and my friends Aunt had that done but i think she has a high pain tolerance.

Does it make sense to be afraid of needles but live for pain?
Tattoos and Piercings (depending where) bring pain... (I know theres all different types of pain...)

I have an eyebrow piercing and lip piercing and there was no pain =D
Also, I have a tattoo at the same place where Bill has his stars, but this place doesn't hurt much because it's not on a bone, so there's no real resistance, just fat / skin :3
I guess his arm and side tattoos hurt because there are bones and ribs x__x

i have three - they arent that painful TBH just a pain to heal, you always ALWAYS get hypertrophic scarring!
