Okie, Easy now. I don't like repeating myself, but since this is important I'll make an exception.
Tom supposedly has cut his dreadlocks. They're shoulder-length now, or so the incoming text messages on the THA forums are reporting. We're no longer getting texts because cell phones have to be shut off in the MTV studios, but we'll probably be flooded with information once the taping is over.
And timing:
MTV is playing with its scheduling. TRL won't be airing today as usual. If you have the channel MTV Hits, you might see it later tonight because they play TRL a few times a day. But ONLY that channel. As far as I know, normal MTV will be showing TRL at 11am tomorrow, and 3 pm on wednesday. But PLEASE go to MTV.Com and check.
And if you end up missing something, still relax, because I don't let TH fans go without. If you miss an episode, PM me about it and I'll youtube it for you, because I'll be recording everything but TH's appearance on MTV TR3s (another channel).

I just checked their schedule.
TRL will be at 11am every day this week except Friday (it won't even air that day).

Its not going to be on today -_- or at least not until midnight if you get the MTV Hits channel (I think). They're only taping today. Tomorrow it will be shown live and at 11am. on wednesday I think it will be 3 again (MTV is playing with their scheduling so I am SOOO messed up right now -_- check MTV.com to be sure)
Oooh, okay, so it will be on at 11am all week except Wednesday when it's on at 3pm? And did they not show it today, or was at it 11am and I missed it? =o
(I was one step away from a heart attack when I saw they weren't showing it. xD)
