Excited about the courts ruling about SME/JYJ, however, of course, SME wouldn't let them go so easily! They'd be loosing a huge investment, and any decent business man is going to try desperately to make sure that doesn't happen. What do you guys think; should JYJ go back to SME, or should SME move on?

Honestly, there seems to be very little reason that JYJ would want to go back, at all. SME's been manhunting them since they filed the lawsuit. Maybe it was desperation on SME's part, but if they would have simply met the demands and given the guys a few more days off, or whatever, they wouldn't have had to spend (virtually)hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to keep them out of Korean entertainment shows and market. And then they'd still have a full-group TVXQ, they're biggest cashcow, and everyone (maybe) would be happy. Maybe.

I still can't believe they were so... dumb. Lmao. I mean, come on. This is a band that earned them hundreds of millions of dollars - an estimation of at least 70% of their profits came from TVXQ between 2005-2010. It would have been a pretty good idea for them to have allowed these guys a little bit more freedom; I mean, how would it have been a bad thing? More freedom means more publicity, which means more exposure, which, inevitably, means SME would rake in more cash. IDK what they're financial advisors were saying, but the board of executives should have gone along with JYJ's demands! l o l.
