Several K-Pop Bands Have Been Chosen To Sing At The Olympics

I have been imformed that if you go to http://www.the-top-tens.com/lists/singers-perform-london-olympics-opening-ceremonies.asp

you can vote for who you want to see sing at the 2012 Olympics!

Here's the current list of the nominated bands/singers and what position they are in:
1. Hatsune Miku- 19%
2. Super Junior - 11%
3. BIGBANG - 7%
4. SHINee - 5%
5. One Direction- 4%
6. Girls Generation - 4%
7. Mc Fly - 3%
8. Justin Bieber - 3%
9. Lady Gaga- 3%
10. JYJ - 3%

I don't know about you guys but there's several bands on that list that I like and it's hard to chose. Im trying hard to get BIGBANG and SHINee up to first and second lol. (Im just saying who I like not who to vote for.)

I highly doubt that a poll like that will really affect who performs at the olympics. Even IF they really did perform, it would probably be exclusive to the broadcast for that county's origin.

I know its just a poll but it still opens up peoples eyes to how many kpop fans there really are out there.
It gains the kpop fan world more attention and lets people know how much Korean music affects our lives and powers our dreams and wants.

i really doubt they would perform, its just a poll and even if it did show how many kpop fans there are i think a more internationally popular artist would perform. sad
