Popular Artists/Bands in Your Country

One thing I noticed is there a lot of artists I have never heard of and I discovered them here on gaia on other people's profiles.
I find it so interesting to hear different music from other countries so I decided to make this thread.

So I ask you this, what are some popular artists/bands in your country?

Well I wouldnt say popular... ok popular, errr
well I say Adele and as for any bands I believe Linkin Park cause they recently got their song "Burn It Down" on the radio BUT that is my opinion emo
