no. He looks like DJ Ozma. I made a long post a couple of pages back about DJ Ozma and added a couple of links too. and if you say DJ Ozma, the idea that he looks like a Ganguro would fade completely, because he looks nothing like a ganguro. For a few reasons::

• his hair isn't light enough, Ganguro's bleach their hair lighter, much lighter.
• his tan isn't dark enough. or light enough.
• I see no white make up.
• his clothes are flashy but, not flashy enough. Ganguro's have more color in their clothing style.
• he isn't female.
• There are no brightly colored bracelets and other plastic jewelry.

DJ Ozma is the someone... odd. He's like a pretend Musician who sings weird sons and is mostly not taken seriously at all. He is most well known for the recent incident on the 57th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen in which his back ground dancers stripped down to what looked like they were topless, durning his performance and it created quite the scandal. his official site can be found at Dj-Ozma.com and a photo is on the front page as well.

My friend is ganguro and she taugfht me all the ins and outs of that style weather I wanted to know or not xD.

An Cafe is Oshare Kei. Yes it is a sub genre of Kei, but it's more bright and uses less shocking clothing, then Visual Kei. [for example in Oshare Kei a pair of plaid pants and a matching Jacket over a silk screened T-shirt, fairly commercial] Also, in musical style Oshare Kei has pop-punk roots, while Visual Kei uses more heavy rock and it's basis.

But I don't think UnsraW is Visual Kei either, I am aware of what the look like, but I have never listened to anything by them.
