In Visual Kei... what does 'Kei' mean?

"Kei" means style.

Meaning, Visual Kei would mean "Visual style", Shibuya kei would mean "Shibuya style", etc.

Yeah it's 'style' or 'type'. (I was just looking at a definition the other day and '-ist' was listed as one of them.)
