They did lol. They never made it to become an American Citizens and their visa expired. they only were going that because of Black Veil Brides and eyes Set To Kill. But, Romeo (Tobias) moved to Pont Rouge Quebec. Which is close to Quebec City. I think he's with his dad since he's dad is over here.
He's trying to raise 50,000$ I'm guessing it's for to get a place and live on his own and such.
