Shinya is so amazing on the drums! I sometimes listen to dir en grey just for that but then i can't help but be captive to Kyo's vocals, Kaoru and Die on guitar, and Toshiya's badass bass. Dir En Grey is just one of the most amazing j-rock bands EVER!!!!!!! heart heart heart

I'd personally rather him take his time.
I miss them like crazy, but i wouldn't want him to hurry and try and push his health out of the way to come back and sing. After his surgery it's going to be a good 6 months. At least that's what their tour manager said when i spoke with him last month. He also said that Kyo hadn't had his surgery by then either. Not sure on an update now. But i guess it's something to think about.

I hope he gets better soo, and heals so he doesn't have to deal with this crap again.
I also wonder if his vocal retraining will make him have to sing different in Dir en Grey.
