It's comparing 'cream chargers' to 'octopus porn' because there is a story of a woman who ******** an octopus and it apparently writhes around in cream to make whipped cream and then she eats it I don't know I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS HAS TO DO WITH THEIR STANCE ON GETTING INFORMATION FROM THE GOVERNMENT. .
