Ｂ.Ａ.Ｐ - ｔｈｅ ｏｆｆｉｃｉａｌ ｔｈｒｅａｄ
"B.A.P (비에이피) or "Best Absolute Perfect" is a hip-hop group formed of six members (Yonggook, Himchan, Daehyun, Youngjae, Jongup and Zelo) under TS Entertainment, home of groups such as Secret and Untouchable. The members of the group were promoted using various meanings (digital single, sub-unit activities and even MCing) and did so during many months prior to debut, getting them a lot of attention from the media. The members each have their own cartoon bunny/alien to represent them, the bunny also being the group's mascot. The group, at first called TS Baby, was rumored to have 5 members until TS Entertainment announced at the end of 2011 that there would be an additional member. On January 8th, 2012, the first episode of MTV's "Ta-Dah! It's B.A.P" aired, revealing the remaining three members to the public. The show uses an "alien" concept, describing B.A.P as a group of aliens who came to invade the Earth because their home planet's source of energy died and in order to do that they need to become idols. Their first single "WARRIOR" was released on January 26th and they officially debuted on January 27th on Music Bank, followed on the 28th by a huge showcase held at the Jangchung Gymnasium."
