176BIZ started in July 2005 as Betty, a duo consisting of Yuu, ex-Never Crazy and Tara, ex-Panic Channel.
In March 2006, a live was held at the Takadanobaba AREA to celebrate the "evolution" of Betty to 176BIZ, also marking the date as 176BIZ's first live. Official and current lineup: Yuu, Tara, Setsuki (ex-Karen), Toki (ex-Panic Channel [as Tsubasa]), and Kasumi (ex-gimmick).
Assuming that the dates in yellow on the official site mark onemans (onemen? >.> wink , 176BIZ performed their first real oneman on 20 June, called "the scReaM of pRiMe" about a month after their first maxi-single, "shinkai ni oboreta sakana" was released.
And since just about everything in their "biography" section is live dates, I will just move on now. biggrin ;
News
March? 2009 - 176BIZ is disbanding. I believe it's in March, but I will have to look it up again. Reasons are cited as being 'musical incompatibility'. After lots of meetings, the members mutually agreed that it would be better to separate than to make music without any passion.
As of 1 November 2007, Kouta, ex-bassist of Himitsu Kessha Codomo A, has become an official member of 176BIZ, coinciding with the opening of their new OHP.
As of 1 September 2007, Tara is no longer a member. As far as I can tell so far, he's left due to family troubles or something? I'm trying to get/work on a translation, so I can't post much about it right now.

On 28 June 2007, an all-colour photobook was released. It seems to only be sold in the Laforet Harajuku department store and at Like An Edison. It is full colour, A4 size, 32 pages. From the picture on Setsuki's blog, it seems to be titled "Bleach On Image".
Please let me know if I've got anything wrong here, or if I am missing some info that would be interesting. My Japanese is very bad.
