Hows the movie? Is it scary as in.. scary exorcist? Or Gore like Saw?

Neither. I actually found the movie very tame; and unless you are highly prone to the power of suggestion, all the poo eating isn't even that big of a deal. There are some gross-out moments, but none of them have to do with excrement. It all stems from illness and complications of the surgery.

It is disgusting, I saw 5 minutes and left. It was worse because my littlest sister watched it and she is only 10. (not that young but for that movie you should be 800+ years of age)

Y'know, for as effed up and emotionally drained as that movie made me feel, I have to admit that it was damn well written, directed, and acted. It's a really good movie that happens to deal with some righteously messed up topics.
