There is one that I've seen called Brick that fits all of those categories. It's a bit older but it's great.

Have you seen Lucky Number Slevin? It has some action/comedy in it but there's a big twist in in.

Primal Fear. A mystery/thriller with an excellent twist. It's a nineties movie. Well worth the watch.

Brotherhood of the Wolf could probably fit that bill. It's about a man and his friend who are sent off to investigate deaths and is based on the legend of the Beast of Gevaudan. It's a fantastic flick.
