I like independent films, indies.

Just got done watching a quite graphic movie called descent. I'm not going to spoil it for anyone who wants to see it for themselves. But in a nutshell, it's about revenge.

I don't like the animes on netflix.... >3>

There's a lot of good Korean revenge films on Netflix. I Saw The Devil, Oldboy, Lady/Mr. Vengeance, Man From Nowhere, The Chaser, Mother, The Yellow Sea.

Bunch of Wong Kar-Wai.

I'm going through Twin Peaks right now.

Korean dramas. Watch out, they will suck you in and steal your soul. (Actually there are better kdramas on dramafever/viki, they have some kmovies on netflix though)

I don't have Netflix, but I've heard that the movie Ink is on there. It's super indie, and I love it. biggrin You should check it out~

Try Beyond the Black Rainbow, an ode to all things Kubrick and late-70's / early-80's science-fiction and psychological thrillers. Truly a masterpiece in it's own right, it suffered greatly in initial production due to a delayed script and middle-of-the-road reviews from the film festivals it premiered in.
Nonetheless, if you want to find out what the intricacies are to horrifying exploration of the subconious mind, Beyond the Black Rainbow is most definitely for you. smile
