Dollhouse. I liked the characters and was fully invested in them.
Firefly. I think it would of thrived on Sifi. Don't understand why Fox of all places.
Perfect Couples. Completely underrated!

I'm kind of sad I saw only one other person say this, but Spaced. It was so good, the beginning of Edgar Wright, Nick Frost and Simon Pegg's careers. Rumor is that the Arrested Development movie is going to be exclusive to Netflix.
Other shows:
Greg The Bunny, both the Fox sitcom and the IFC series.
Warren The Ape
Flight of the Conchords, as was mentioned already.
Transformers Animated, I really think I enjoyed that series more than any other transformers series, well besides Beast Wars.
Lucy, Daughter of the Devil, because H. Jon Benjamin is God
