Tipsy Ladykiller

Harold and Maude XD
my favorite foreign films are Amelie (French) and The Edukators (German)
Let the right one in. Its about vampires, except they don't sparkle and aren't completely pathetic. And Amelie! Can't forget Amelie. Stalker antics!
@mushishigrl: I don't mind violence! It's just scary things I hate! lol
@keeneysandra: I'm very picky when it comes to British humor. I would have to watch and then see if I found it funny. Which I would do anyway. XD
@xxscarletxbutterflyxx: I liked Run Lola Run. I'll have to see the others. Thanks!
@88_SkunX_88: I've never seen that! I have to! XD
@Mrs_Massey13: Loved Amelie!!! I haven't seen that. I haven't seen many German films.
@Springheel Jaqueline: I loved your description of that!!! <33333 And I loved Amelie with a passison!!!
I know I'm repeating a few people sweatdrop , but my favorite foreign films are:

Pan's Labyrinth - Why do the spanish get the monopoly on lisps? I say we should all lisp
NightWatch (Russian) fantasy, mild horror - my friends said they hated it, am I artistically blind?
Waterboys (Japanese) comedy - If you ever need to know how to perform mouth to mouth resuscitation on a dolphin, this is the movie to watch ;]
Baby and Me [Baby and I] (Korean) comedy - Sometimes I wish my own parents would run away from home!
Brotherhood of the Wolf (French) horror, action - I still say that 'Native American' dude was Chinese. How else would he know kung fu? please stare

Old Boy (Korean) -This movie will mess with your head big time. Gore, sex, and curse words abound, but it is a good movie.

Tale of Two Sisters (Korean) -Curse words and gore. This movie will confuse you at first, but it's explained towards the end.

Shinobi: Heart Under Blade (Japanese) -Based off the manga Basilisk. It's only downside is that all the action takes place too fast; it should have been seperated into at least two movies. But it's still worth watching.

And I Hate You So (Chinese) -Romance. A writer and Vinyl DJ get off on the wrong foot. It's slightly predicable in story, but it's so cute.

Train Man (Japanese) -An otaku works on getting the girl, urged on by a group of online friends. It's cute and funny.

I don't watch many foreign films, but I should hehe.
I recently watched Pans Labyrinth and I thought it was very good!
I'm in the middle of watching Persepolis, and so far, it's pretty good... it's got a lot of dramatic scenes, but also many funny scenes smile

I've also seen Dragon Head, which is based on the manga of the same name... it was okay, but the manga was better sweatdrop
La vita è bella
Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain
Goodbye Lenin!
Astérix et Obélix contre César
Spirited Away (the japanese animated movie)
le grand bleu, france, luc besson
Wow! I'm glad the thread kept up a little! Those all sound like great films!!! heart heart heart
誰も知らない (Nobody Knows) is one of the best Japanese films I've ever seen.

It's a pretty heart-wrenching film, though, so if you don't like sad movies, you'd be better off staying away from this one.
