I adore this show. A few night ago I just watched the christmas special for season 3.

Favourite pairings...hmmm Sybil and her chauffer. <3.
and of course...Anna and Bates!

Yay for a fellow Anna and Bates fan! they're my OTP. Now we have to wait til september for more episodes...

They are the best couple <3 The wait is going to seem like forever. I need more of my Anna and Bates fix. I want to know how their characters will evolve in the new series. <3

They really are. Just so adorable and angsty. I go on FF.net and tumblr to get my fix biggrin Yeah I think it'll be good. JoFro said we'll see more to Anna in this next season. can't wait! cause I've had my fill of John's past...

Now this I am eagerly looking forward to. smile the family are amazing with their staff...especially when it comes to giving support when needed smile

Anna is an amazing character and I can't waitt see her character grow in season 4!

Me too! Yes they really are! they have a good outlook on society for that time period. some needed a little help but they're all pretty good people. If they throw anymore huge hurdles towards Anna and Bates I swear to god I will

Its safe to say that if I lived in that era and the family were real I would happily be a member of
Their staff.


I can see a potential friendship forming with the Bates and another member of the family in season 4. It to me felt hinted in the Christmas special smile

I'm lucky in that regard. As my husband, sister in law, mother in law and step father in law all watch it smile its good to have someone to talk to about it.
I tried getting my mum to watch it without much luck wink

My sister and her husband watch it and that is it.
This is also true, I suppose it's not the show for everyone. I just need more people to like it so I can talk about it and discuss plot ideas, and perhaps even roleplay it! There is clearly a lack of Downton in my life.
