I had asparagus and mushrooms sauteed in a small amount of coconut oil and fresh peppercorn with a side of wild king salmon baked with lemon juice, garlic, and fresh Italian chopped parsley on a bed of spring greens and cucumbers.

Instead of frying chicken with butter, why not try baking it with olive oil or coconut oil? And for the record, pasta isn't too healthy for you (even 100% wheat pasta but I guess it's better).
