I ate some seasoned chicken breast with pasta & alfredo sauce. <3
The chicken breast was fried with smart balance healthy butter and seasoned with vegeta, salt, and pepper. The pasta and alfredo sauce were in a package.
IT WAS DELICIOUSO.

I had asparagus and mushrooms sauteed in a small amount of coconut oil and fresh peppercorn with a side of wild king salmon baked with lemon juice, garlic, and fresh Italian chopped parsley on a bed of spring greens and cucumbers.

All ingredients organic~




Instead of frying chicken with butter, why not try baking it with olive oil or coconut oil? And for the record, pasta isn't too healthy for you (even 100% wheat pasta but I guess it's better).

I had a salmon fillet, pan fried in olive oil and pepper with pan-fried asparagus made about the same way. I also had a baked potato with rosemary and this spray butter stuff. Not the healthiest, but not the worst dinner ever.

Breakfast: Yoghurt with breakfast cereals. Through the yoghurt I usually mix a bit lemonade sirup and about 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.

Lunch: slice of bread with strawberries and a little bit of sugar.

In between I had a chocolate cookie and a cup of coffee smile

Yesterday I made a soup with some chicken stock, cauliflower, two potatoes and leek. Seasoned with one jalapeƱo and some pepper. Added some shrimps for 'meat' as well.
Easy, delicious and very low-fat.
