What do you do when your chickens are laying 6 eggs a day?

Syriracha sauce [rooster sauce] is great on them too! But srsly, gotta have the bbq to make it the best ;D Mozz cheese melted on too.

Make a yolk omlette with a couple whites to keep it together. For...
Start reserving whites in freezer for angel food or pound cake.

Make over easy so you can poke with toast.
Make leftover omlettes(yesterdays meats and hashbrowns).
French toast.
Breakfast muffins.
Irish or English breakfast.

*gag* It is nothing against you. This just reminds me of when we had chickens and ate egg nearly every day! BLECK....i can hardly choke down just a regular old egg anymore....and it has been 15yrs+ since I gathered a chicken egg.

My husband...LOVES eggs and could eat 6 dozen by himself. he would love to have productive chickens.

Haha razz It's our staple breakfast, my bf wouldn't have it any other way. I understand though, that's why you gotta switch it up with pancakes, toast, waffles, etc!
