A breakfast I enjoy is scrambled egg whites with chopped fresh spinach, spices, a bit of hot sauce, grated marble goat cheese, a little bit of hemp mixed in with organic lactose/gluten free pepperoni.

I always try my best to get my grains in during the morning, they are energy boosters and (as mentioned in the opening post) keeps you pretty full.
Usually in the mornings I would have a small bowl of oatmeal with berries (blueberries = good for memory, and raisins = packed with antioxidants!) with a side of orange juice (good for skin) On off days when I want to treat myself with something "non grain" I'll make sunny side eggs on toast, with sliced avocados (which are considered healthy fats) on the side <3
