Okay so I train in TKD. Could someone give me some ideas on what I should be eating and how often I should be eating for high level training?
I'll probably start training 2 times a day for at least 2 hours each from 6-7 days a week.
I'm also trying to gain some weight.
Any help would be appreciated. 4laugh
