Quick, lazy salmon recipe

I'm really lazy when it comes to cooking... No slicing or dicing for me! The other thing is, I'm bad at keeping my fridge stocked. This often leads me to put together unusual things for a meal...

So, 1 salmon filet. Set oven to 325 celsius. Put butter on both ends of the salmon and sprinkle around the 'center' of the salmon with salt and pepper... However much to your taste! Pretty standard...

But in the middle that you left untouched, enjoy a generous glob of CREAM CHEESE.
Oven bake for 20-22 minutes. I put mine on the lower level of the oven and it came out perfect heart

Goes well with rice and miso soup smile
Btw, this is great for college kids trying to have a balanced and delicious meal with minimal effort
