I want to learn vegetarian recipes. My tummy is oversensitive ,see list below, and figured might as well convert over. I know it can be more expensive, but my health and energy levels are well worth it.
Spices(Hot Spices: Peppers, cumin, etc)
Salt (If over 600mg a meal my body swells up.)
Sugar (I get sleepy, almost drunk like from too much sugar.)
