Appropriate amount of coffee is good for the body.Drink too much coffee does great harm to the body! So,You should pay more attention!
Coffee has health benefits but the bad ones outweigh the good in them.
If you drink it, try it every other day, and only drink it black ( without anything in it )

PLEASE try switching to green tea as it's a much better alternative. also drink it black. Tazo makes a great green tea, as well as green tea with ginger, that would wake you up more.

but honestly, if you REALLY need something to wake you up in the morning, it's psychological. just drink water, and eat fruit to spike your blood sugar that will give you a boost.

It's a diuretic... so if you have any problems with being "regular" it can definitely help with that.

It's a much healthier alternative to caffeine sodas at least.
