Some oatmeal food porn for you guys, sorry for the long long lapse and thank you all for all the support.
This is a picture I've taken and excuse the shitty photo taking, I'm not a pro at it nor do I have a good camera.

This is green oatmeal.

take 1 cup spinach and 1 overripe banana, blend well.
Cook 1/2 cup oats in 1 cup water with a tbsp or more of peanut butter.
Once the spinach/banana is blended well and the oatmeal is cooked, mix and you can top with peanuts and/or cinnamon like I did.

One of the best smelling things I've ever made and one of my favorite oatmeals, no doubt.

entire package of salad generally herbs spring mix or 50/50 of springmix and baby spinach plus some italian dressing like newmans own and a couple slices of toast. maybe a bit of cheese. haven't had the opportunity to do so for a while or i'd take and post a picture. generally lots of tomato stuff and salad is lovely. cucumbers sliced or peeled and quartered with salt to dip them in. yummy period.

This thread needs more brownies..User Image The white ones are garbonzo bean flour blondies and the darker fudgier looking ones are black bean brownies.

Black bean brownies, that is! On the recipes I find I always omitt the coffee and chocolate chips. They'd be great with chopped nuts/fruit ontop. Instead of sugar you can always use another sweetner.

Zuchinni pasta.
Zuchinni, some olive oil, some parmesan and herbs.

UPDATE: I tried this with a cream sauce, tomatos, black olives, and mushrooms.
The zuchinni pasta itself wasn't as pretty, I wasn't able to get rid of all the water that comes out when cooking (looking back I could have drained it though), still I enjoyed it. I'm realllly stuffed now. I used 2 zuchinnis since they are so low in calories and I knew they would lose some mass during cooking. Next time I think I'll try either just a dash of parmesan or tomato sauce.


surprised That actually sounds tasty.

I don't normally like vegetables so I'm doing everything I can to find creative ways to enjoy them. Kale chips are absolutely delicious with a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Black pepper and garlic powder work too if you're not too keen on the salt and like garlic.

Spinach Chips. These are so good. I'm not a big a big fan of greens, but I can eat these all at once. A healthy alternative to potato chips.


I wasn't aware spinach worked as well. I'll have to try that some time.

But here is a bulgar wheat salad with a citrus dressing, cranberries, walnuts, apples, broccoli sprouts, all inside a butter lettuce leaf, like a bowl! Oh and a bit of goat cheese too

This would be better with brown rice (healthier and tastier), but I didn't have any. It's still fairly healthy, but I would suggest using the brown if you can.
