Zuchinni pasta.
Zuchinni, some olive oil, some parmesan and herbs.

UPDATE: I tried this with a cream sauce, tomatos, black olives, and mushrooms.
The zuchinni pasta itself wasn't as pretty, I wasn't able to get rid of all the water that comes out when cooking (looking back I could have drained it though), still I enjoyed it. I'm realllly stuffed now. I used 2 zuchinnis since they are so low in calories and I knew they would lose some mass during cooking. Next time I think I'll try either just a dash of parmesan or tomato sauce.

Strawberry, low fat yogurt, banana, almonds, oats, a fiber cereal, and guava?

Tortilla pizza.
whole wheat tortilla, cheese, chicken, broccali, celery, mushroom.
I'm pretty sure this is what I want tomorrow, minus the chicken.

UPDATE: delicious. a little hard to eat if you try to eat it like a pizza, but nevertheless delicious.

I made mine with cheese, mushroom, broccali, and spinach. Yum.
Wow most of these look pretty good. I am definatly going to have to try the egg/spinach leaf/cheese/toast when ever I get more eggs for breakfast. heart

I'm not at all sure what this is, but its inspired a meal for me later in the week.
I'm going to mash up a morning star pizza burger, add tomato, onion, maybe hummus or a little plain yogurt for moisture. Then roll that all up in lettuce and eat it up like that, yum. Reminds me of when I got to go to an Ethiopian restaurant where we ate with our hands, scouping up the food in pieces of bread.
Or actually I could substitute the veggie burger for chickpeas (cooking them with cilantro) then adding the tomatos, onions, yogurt.
Mmmm, I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

low fat yogurt, kiwi, apples, raspberries.
This WILL be my breakfast tomorrow, or part of it.

Spinach Chips. These are so good. I'm not a big a big fan of greens, but I can eat these all at once. A healthy alternative to potato chips.

I love spinach.
You buy them only or can you make them at home too?
They're crisp I'm guessing? I had a small period a few years back where I just munched on raw spinach as a snack, ahaha.

Dry oats, nonfat yogurt, strawberries, and blackberries.

Avocado and tomato sandwich with tomato soup.
I would make it on whole wheat toast rather than white, but that's the only suggestion I've got.
User Image
Cucumber, tomato, tofu, watermelon, broccoli, tomato sauce, meatballs, and whole wheat pasta.
I'd be having vegan balls though.
User Image
Feta cheese, tomato, spinach, and bread (use whole wheat it'll fill you right up).
User Image
Figs, non fat plain yogurt, and low fat granola.
Mmmm. I don't know where to get figs though. DDD:
