I made this today for lunch and wanted to share. This is a much healthier option than a chicken lettuce wrap you get at a Chinese restaurant.

1/3 cup grilled chicken
2 tablespoons chopped red grapes
2 tablespoons chopped apples
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 romaine lettuce leaves

Combine chicken, grapes, apples, and apple butter together. Wrap in lettuce leaves. It is super yummy, and full of protein too.

Excitable Strawberry

Almond butter instead of using an oil dressing and slivers of almonds is a great idea. I don't eat much meat but I'm going to keep this in mind.
