I made this today for lunch and wanted to share. This is a much healthier option than a chicken lettuce wrap you get at a Chinese restaurant.
1/3 cup grilled chicken
2 tablespoons chopped red grapes
2 tablespoons chopped apples
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 romaine lettuce leaves
Combine chicken, grapes, apples, and apple butter together. Wrap in lettuce leaves. It is super yummy, and full of protein too.
