Not really a fan of spaghetti, but carbonara is quite nice. At least if you don't substitute the pancetta with ham. Or skip the cheese. Don't get it how people can call something like that carbonara sauce.

I actually made lasagna for the first time yesterday using eggplant rather than the actual pasta. And I really liked it with ground turkey, garlic, oregano, mushroom and a sprinkle of mozzarella : )
