it sucks ok i can give u a really simple example. ok lets say u have an A in one of your classes and the people who have an F will take 10% or more of your grade so they don't fail any more so they take away your grade to make theirs better.

Basically: Healthcare companies can't deny you coverage based on pre-existing conditions. For example, my father's insurance company does not pay for his artificial leg, because it's a pre-existing condition. He has to go with cheap wooden legs that gave him puss-filled blisters rather than a proper, high quality artificial leg.
In my opinion, Obama didn't go NEARLY far enough with reform. I wish that there could have been at least an option to have a public plan, but it seems like that isn't the case anymore.

Obama should had grown an additional Pair just to tell The nay sayers "that I got the points to pass this with or without you" sooner. Too bad it got watered down but it still has some affect.

Is that a gripe I hear? What do his grades and his parent's money have to do with anything?

It wouldn't be likely that the US would be a military state. The military serves not the president, but the country and the constitution.
