]even so it still should be left to the government its not like car insurance man you need health care or you will die! you know?

Erm, that is not how I believe it should be. I'm already disgruntle about the fact that the government will start fining people without insurance starting in 2014. I won't lie, a good portion of the bill is good but it doesn't seem right to me to force anyone to buy anything and take away their choice or force a fine not them, not to mention the money gathered from the fines is not directed in any way from my understanding. I much rather not give up my liberty and freedom for some security just because the government tells me so, that would make this democracy a dictatorship when they begin to take away your choice. However, I need insurance due to chronic asthma but other then that I don't...but what about all those people that don't want it? Well they are having a fine forced onto them if not being forced into buying insurance, I don't agree ^^
Socialism is only good in theory, and it's probably the best IN THEORY

Unfortunetly, as long as there is human greed, it will NEVER WORK.

By the way calling him a monkey is not racist, so long as they don't bring his race into it, it isn't racism. It is merely a opinion of looks, now if they said something like "He looks like a big, black monkey." The could be considered borderline racism but truly is still not attacking his race but merely a statement of fact and opinion. Of course that is how i look at it, even though i don't like the fact they're insulting him.

You can't compare a ticket on a train to this, seeing as how that train is owned by someone and CAN be considered private property seeing as how someone did pay for it and they do have a right to do that. Now if it is a public train, paid for by taxes, then that still isn't wrong. Seeing as how you don't have to sleep on the train nor do you have to take it in the first place. This bill will essentially fine your life, a given right to all and it is yours to do with as you want, and they will fine you for not wanting to insure it. That is why I see it as wrong, other then the fact they are forcing you to buy something or pay a fine. Again, a life is a right, cars are privileges as well as other things, they will fine you for your right, you can't really justify that. 'Oh, it is for them' ((most used argument)). Okay, your point? It is your right to live a life how you want and no one should be allowed to dictate your decisions in any way. If they do, that is a dictatorship to do that, whether negative or not.

By the way, I'm not personally attacking you but rather the idea and bill, so please don't feel as if I am attacking you. I know I get rather aggressive and assertive in my debates and arguments, people around me have to tell me to calm down usually even though I am calm but other people get well...scared because they feel I'm lashing at them personally. Just wanted to make sure you know it isn't personally against you ^^
