I run 4-5 days a week and on average I burn around 400-500 calories each run in anyways between 30mins-1hour. Those life hack workout sheets claim to help you burn more calories in 4 minutes than a 30 minute run and I call complete bullshit. There is no way you can burn 500 calories in 4 minutes WITH 10 second breaks. They need to stop misleading people who are really trying to get healthier by straying them from a legit exercise.
