I almost give up dieting.. although I am not that fat but I still have fats and I want to lose them. I am getting frustrated because no matter what I do instead of losing weight, I am adding some. They said, I need an inspiration or a mentor to follow to help me focus with my goals. How about you guys? Who’s your biggest mentor in the industry or who do you follow?
I would say my fitness inspiration would be Jillian Michaels. Her and I have a lot of views in common in terms of eating organic food and her approach to exercises, nutrition, and overall health.
I would definitely recommend checking her out, especially if you happen to have an ipod, ipod touch, or just itunes installed- then you can check out her "Jillian Michaels show" podcast. They're completely free on iTunes and she talks a lot about all of the issues we face when eating healthy and being fit. She answers questions that other people have asked and usually they pertain to the masses so it's helpful in that way. She also gives advice and tips. So yeah, definitely check those podcasts out and even on Youtube she does interviews, answers fitness questions, shows you some moves you can do, etc.
