Why you want to get unhealthy fried shrimp when you already know it's unhealthy?? I am not forcing you to believe what I believe, but did you read what you have said? you will get another unhealthy food to replace food that don't make yourself feel good eating?
If you love oranges, have like 4 oranges. each medium size orange is about 50 to 60 calories. that's easy 200 calories. peel them eat them, very easy

I sense a big problem is that you picked too much varieties. If you trim down the food types, eat simple easy to prepare food. There will be a lot less stress to you. Less stress means happier self. Anxiety brings acidic to your blood. Not only animals food are acidic, Stress is acidic to our bodies too.
