i have eaten 803 calories between 1am and now, 6.20pm.
i have chicken to be cooked, but i'm really not in the mood for meat.
i have cherries and blueberries, but that wouldn't really be a meal, but a snack
i'm tempted to just go ahead and have ramen (190 calories) but
i'm trying very hard to cut down on ramen, even though i
get it in the first place because it's inexpensive.

i don't feel like cooking, but having just my berries or
some raw veggies won't be a lot of calories, and i'm
being told to eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day.

what i have had today:
2 mugs coffee, with 1 teaspoon of sugar between them and a splash of creamer each mug = 76 calories
2 servings progresso reduced sodium chicken noodle soup = 180
5 saltines = 130
1 subway chocolate chip cookie = 220
2 pieces toast with 1 teaspoon light extra virgin olive oil spread= 178
1 bite tuna fish made with olive oil based mayonaisse = 19

so it looks like i need another 400 calories =/

and in juuuust a moment i'm going to quote 2 people who have been giving me advice
from the beginning because i want to try to do good but i really need a lot of extra help

and one third of a bag of whole walnuts that i opened with a crowbar

i was trying to think of something for dinner but my dad's wife is in the hospital and since she went, he doesn't know how to do anything anymore
like shave his face or bring the mail in or cook basic things
i'm probs just gonna eat gushers

you could use some protein tho
or some veggies
idk i'm not able to think much today while i'm not thinking about legal stuff or porn

i think i have a bag of steam-in-the-micro veggies with potatoes in it, but since i eat lots of carbs i can eat just the veggies and not the potatoes... but that's just a side =/ probably wouldn't be more than 100 calories, with the tiny portion sizes i eat. i also have lean cuisine dinners, but they're all chicken and i haven't been wanting chicken lately, i have the same 3 frozen dinners in there for the past couple of months. and i don't want to have soup twice in one day. i reallyreally want the ramen, but i need to get out of the habit of eating them, because once more it's a carb overload.

i only have white rice, and it's been over a year since i've had it, i'm not really fond of rice unless it's fried, and that kinda defeats the purpose. oh and i have sushi rice and i have nori to make sushi with, but i have no crabmeat, and that's the only type of sushi i eat.

i'm really at a loss here. i really don't WANT to eat more (my HUGE calorie intake of 1491 calories yesterday is making me feel like a failure, and making me want to restrict more, which is NOT good...) but i know i SHOULD eat at least once more before bed.

*sigh* i think i'm gonna suck it up and make some baked chicken, even though i'm not really in the mood for meat, especially chicken as i have it allllll the time.

Why you want to get unhealthy fried shrimp when you already know it's unhealthy?? I am not forcing you to believe what I believe, but did you read what you have said? you will get another unhealthy food to replace food that don't make yourself feel good eating?

If you love oranges, have like 4 oranges. each medium size orange is about 50 to 60 calories. that's easy 200 calories. peel them eat them, very easy smile

I sense a big problem is that you picked too much varieties. If you trim down the food types, eat simple easy to prepare food. There will be a lot less stress to you. Less stress means happier self. Anxiety brings acidic to your blood. Not only animals food are acidic, Stress is acidic to our bodies too.

Don't give up, try not to overstress yourself. Think positively - afterall, food is just part of our lives. It's not all of our lives emotion_hug

i got the shrimp because my bf and i kept seeing the popeyes commercial for them, and we wanted seafood, and hadn't gone to popeyes since about june. even with those shrimp, i only ate 1281 calories.

I've made these all, so I can promise you they aren't that difficult. The Pad Thai is probably the most difficult. It has 350 or so calories in it, but it's a full meal.
