I use eos as well but when my lips are really chapped, I use coconut oil. Within a day my lips are feeling and looking better.

chapstick~
Coconut oil is great. It doesn't suffocate the lips like some ingredients in chapsticks can, apparently.

Another weird thing I use is eye cream.
I whipped coconut oil, regular Vaseline with afew drops of vitamin E oil in a mixer, and put it in an old gloss container. It works amazing and is super cheap. I also do this without the Vaseline for homemade body butter, which doubles as a deep conditioner treatment for hair. Coconut oil really is good for everything.
Read the ingredients of the chap stick before you buy. They may be actually making your lips worse or dependent on the product.
Right now I'm using Softlips Beeswax Lip Conditioner. I can't recommend it. It smells weird and is hard to apply.
I like Burt's Bees

eos lip balm. but i drink enough water so i don't think i've experience chapped lips inawhile.
I use Aquaphor.
It does contain some mineral oil, but other than that, it's like petroleum jelly on steroids.

I apply a big glop over my lips before bed and they're healed by morning. I do this every night. During the day I use EOS lip balm. My lips get very chapped in the winter and I chew them, which doesn't help.
