Add some more on your 'friday' routine.

You mentioned your 'fatty'.
I suggest you lessen the weights and add more repetitioon instead.
And focus more on cardio programs/exercises.

It's good to have a plan. I never stick to th ones I make. I do better with being spontaneous with my workouts lol. But I try to workout all parts of my body on different days and take a couple days break each week as well.
